Placed and paid my order on November 17th, 2022., and haven't received a parcel yet. Meanwhile I bought few parfumes in my country, cause above mentioned order will be never delivered. If you want to experience the same, very expensive lesson, do not hesitate to become their client.

Don't believe who gave 5 stars. This company is a scammer. Do yourself a favor buy from your country even if it's more expensive than buy from them "Perfume Duty Free".
I ordered from October,2022 till now I received any thing not even empty box.
They sent me at least 10 messages saying "Sorry you experienced bla bla bla....". The last message they sent me they will send it from Spain. All lies.
Same person name "Deniz Holand" "I'm sure he will change his name" I will update you guys.
I wish Trustpilot has upload attachment for I can upload all the messages between me and "Deniz Holand" for you guys see with your own eyes.
Again run don't order anything not even to check their prices.

DON'T GET SCAMMED. AVOID!!!
Made my order yesterday and when I found out this was a scam website that "sells" fake perfumes I went and asked to cancel the order like 10min after the order was made and they told me that the order was already shipped and in Germany and they can't issue a refund... No tracking number provided. I will be calling my bank for a chargeback and reporting this scam website to the authorities. AVOID!

I ordered 3 perfumes and payed them
I ordered 3 perfumes and payed them. It tuck not so long and the 3 fragrances where delivered to me. Was really excited! The bottles looked quite good but the fragrances smell not a bit like the original ones. I had should think about it. If something seems to good to be true then it's fake. This is a fake site,my order was never delivered and when I emailed them (twice) they replied that there had been a hold up in their dispatch office ant that my order would be dispatched straight away. As my order still did not arrive I tried to get in touch again but now you cannot get through to their email address.

I HAVE FINALLY RECEIVED THE ORDER. FAKE PERFUME
After some stressful experience and thinking that I had lost my money, I finally received the order today (3 months later). At least I wasn't scammed, so let me increase the rating.
However, this perfume is fake. It doesn't last an hour and the smell is not the same as the original. Rather spend few more bucks then buying those perfumes.

I placed an order on perfumesdutyfree.com on 7th November and never received a tracking number once purchasing which I found odd but received a receipt of my order. It has been more than 14+ days and I have yet not received my order or a tracking number. I messaged them multiple times via email and WhatsApp and they replied saying “We deeply apologize to experience this delay but we will contact the carrier and write you back shortly.” they completely ignored my messages and stopped responding back to me. I do believe I got scammed and it’s upsetting as I bought a perfume as a birthday gift and spent money on it. Please think twice when purchasing on this scam website even with good discounted prices it’s not worth it! Sadly I fell in the trap and God knows if I will receive the item or a fake perfume like other people described on here. Please REPORT & AVOID PURCHASING AT ALL COSTS!!!
