what discrepancy??? You scammed me... I bought and my order never arrived, that is, you stole from me!!!

Made my first purchase with them. Everything went well...just 4 days for order processing and then 12 days more the get the package delivered to my place.
I got two mails from them, the second including tracking code. Perfect items ( i bought Montale).
What to say....THAT'S THE WAY TO GO!
I will definitely buy again from PerfumesDutyFree.

Avoid! AVOID!! I ordered a bottle of Creed in May, it was sent to a wrong address despite numerous emails and WhatsApp messages. I am in August with no refund or the perfume, zero customer service, zero concern, empty promises

You are scammers
It was already more than a month late
In addition it is an imitation

Perfumes Duty Free has really stolen my money for nothing ( i was rubbed ) i ordered TF Tobacco Vanille & Roja Dove Diagheliv ( 2 perfumes ) and they delivered me only one perfume ( Aqua Di Parma Oud ) and they want me to make new order and pay more money to get my first order which i didn't receive and when i refused to make new order and i insisted to receive my first order without any cost they are not replying any more to my messages or my E-mails
they are thieves and deceivers and focusing only on who to steal customers and later how to blackmail them to get more money
I will never be tolerant with them

Okay so what I'm about to tell you is 110% accurate to how their operations work. Key note to take in is that some of their items are FAKE, some are TESTERS and some are original so it's a gamble to be very honest. As for their customer service, they respond relatively quickly depending on your inquiry. Overall is it worth it? I think not but I will be contacting the relative authorities because though 5 of the 17 perfumes I bought were original and original testers, the rest of fragrances were fake.

Terrible. I can't describe how bad the perfumes they sent me are. I bought 7 niche perfumes, Tom Ford and Creed and they are clearly fake. I paid a lot of money for nothing.... And amazingly they don't want to refund the money and continue to claim that the products are original.,.original products with the labels coming off and the perfume doesn't stay longer than 1 hour... .

I buyed a perfume and it arrived in 7days well packaged. the smell was great and long lasting. I'm in love with my coco mademoiselle.

i like my perfume that i bought from them, it has arrived a bit late but it's fine, the perfume smells wonderfull and lasts for a bout 8 hours. well packaged and has a barcode on it to check online.

They knowingly sell FAKE PERFUMES. Don't buy from them! And watch out they also write fake comments everywhere telling you the site is legit, and they also buy reviews.

The price is the best part of this purchase! i highly recommend.

Bought form the site 1 month back so far so good just shipping took 2 weeks to arrive to my country.

they send me fake perfume, not original

before I purchase, I ask many times in whatsapp about the perfume condition

they confirmed, authentic, original and new

I received the parcel, and it is fake, they send me TESTER perfume

I ordered perfume back in October, it arrived today. completely counterfeit, and obviously so, even down to the bad packaging. contacted the company whish is in Turkey and they told me there was nothing they could do except offer me another fake perfume if I made another purchase, AVOID!!!!

I ordered some perfumes from it. They told everything are authentic. But I checked everything after I got. They all are fake. And one of them was leaking. If anyone want proofs I can give them too. They will tell they are testers, But I know how to recognize original and fakes.

After I had putted an item in the basket, I had to fill out name and mail address to see the shipping costs.
After this I decided to cancel the purchase, I am being bombed with mails from this company. Even though I asked them to remove my contact information.
