At first, I was contemplating to buy perfume from this store given the fact that I've never bought any perfume via online platform, but I just gave in a shot. Out of surprise, my purchase was delivered in a timely and safe manner. Delivers in a solid box and perfume came in a good condition. The perfume is definitely authentic and it's fragrance last long just like my previous one which I purchased directly from the store. Even better, I also received some free sample and I kinda like it. Thank you for the sample,price are good! As I am totally satisfied and delighted. I had been looking for Elie Saab for a friend in India who wanted to gift it to his wife on their wedding day, I checked online and offline via different shops and I came across perfumes.sg. Gabriel was an honest angel, initially he mentioned he didn’t have the stock a couple of days earlier but he knew I was leaving today, he reached out internally and found a stock and reached out to me. Just an hour before I was about to leave for my flight, Gabriel closed the deal and was able to deliver the perfume to me. Really appreciate the amazing customer service from Perfume

I bought Issey Miyake Majuere. It’s a 2017 release at it’s not being made so I’m glad to find it here. The bottle is legit when compared to my old bottle that I got from Issey Official and it smells exactly right. Definitely trusted seller and will buy again.

Thank you Perfumestore.my. for my desired perfume of Faith Bloom by Swiss Arabian! It has just arrived this afternoon 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏. I have unboxed it and thank God, I got the year of 2018 version. If I am not mistaken, the production of Faith Bloom has been discontinued. It was first released by that particular year of 2018. I couldn't be more happier 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉✨✨✨✨✨✨. The smells really reminded me of Blooming Bouquet by Dior, in which I own it as well. The reminiscence is at the middle till the drydown part of Faith Bloom❤️. Again, many thanks to your TEAM!!!!

very pleasant experience. it is my 4th/5th purchase and delivery package was well packed and original. i am writing in this time because i am delighted at how dedicated perfumestore.sg is because despite christmas season, my order came on the next working day! i was told by Joseph that due to christmas season, the team had auto upgraded the deliveries to express deliveries and I would say I am extremely thankful and impressed! In joseph's own words "we try our best to make every christmas gifts bought from our store a pleasant experience". Really really great job there joseph and team. i will support your company in the years to come!!

They deserve a zero. They promise 1-3 working days delivery but after 4 days of no updates I tried contacting them to no response via email and WhatsApp. They replied via email on the 6th day saying that the perfume was out of stock. This should be something you update customers on the 1st day because you should be shipping the item out by then.

I asked them to cancel and refund instead of waiting for stock but they can’t even seem to do that. They’re still holding on to my money for a non-existent item. Maybe they have cash flow issues. The best part is the passive-aggressive “ok, then.” that the customer service rep (Ginny) replied with when asked to cancel and refund.

Just save yourself the trouble and buy from other companies that are actually serious about doing business.

If possible I would rate zero stars to PerfumeStore.my. I purchased a perfume online, which was regularly for sale and in stock, supposed to be a Christmas gift. After the purchase, for a value just below RM 1,300, I had to follow up several times through their WhatsApp customer care number to have some news about the delivery and the tracking number. The customer care was not particularly responsive, however in the end I was told that the delivery would have happened the very same day and that I would have received the tracking number. Regrettably nothing happened instead and, after I sent another request for information, I just received an email from them saying that the perfume I purchased was out of stock and proposing some alternatives instead, so shocking to me because it was done like if that was a natural step of the purchasing process. I immediately asked for refund instead which, the only positive thing of this story, was processed and I received the money back after two days. But, yes, there is a but too, due to the exchange rate involved in the process I suppose, Malaysian Ringgit to Singapore Dollar and viceversa, I even lost RM25 in all this deal, unbelievable. So, just to summarize, I was screwed twice because I won’t get the desired product for the Christmas present I wished to give and I also had to pay RM25 for this frustrating non-purchase, due to this unprofessional Company who is not able to control their own stock and inventory and lure genuine Customers in deals that cannot be then completed. And, cherry on the pie, not even an apology received from them for this hassle. My recommendation is to stay away from PerfumeStore.my and save yourself a possible series of upsettings and troubles.

Very bad service, before ordering they said the item will be delivered in 3 days, then after payment they sent SMS saying the delivery will take 3 - 5 days. Now it is more than 10 days and I still didn't get the item. Very very bad website and NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
