It was my first purchase from this website. I totally regret it as the customer service is distasteful and after 8 days of ordering, they said they've sent but didn't provide any tracking number or the name of courier agent they use. After repeated emails then they gave me the tracking number on the 10th day (from the site, delivery supposed to be 1-3 days). No apologies whatsover from them. Second purchase? No, I don't think so.
