My review is for perfumestore.sg. They are the same website, if possible do one for perfumestore.sg on Trustpilot too guys. Excellent experience. Ordered delivered on the next day, totally didnt expect it. It was a saturday somemore. great prices. Comes in a classy paper bag. I love how cheeky the msg is on the paper bag. And a free sample. Perfumestore.sg really tops the game and is in fact doing better than many dept stores. I see you guys have ops in vietnam and thailand too. Will ask them to support!

Delivery is fast to KL, I ordered on friday and my perfume came on Wednesday. product is authentic. I bought a elizabeth arden perfume and a gucci flora. every thing is good and reliable. price is good, i think the best i can find here. good work.

Amazing service. Quick delivery and authentic items as compared to perfumes from shopee and lazada. Prices are reasonable for example Bvlgari, Jennifer Lopez, D&G fragrances but Jo Malone is on the high side. Ginny had been fantastic and had also given me excellent recomendations. This is a scam. I wish I had looked at Trustpilot before I ordered.
I never received my perfume, or a refund! Nor have I had any response to emails, contact via their contact page, or via their WhatsApp tel no.
Interestingly, when I had problems completing my order 1st time they responded instantly!!! So it seems they are choosing not to respond to me now.

Dont trust this website , even people are selling shi& can respond to costumer within hours they not respond to email , whatsap , phone cal , ig dm , facebook chat , i want to get my refund , will give another 12 hours before i make police report to get my money back .

Their service was good but I am giving a 3 star as I doubt the authenticity of the perfume. Bought a 100ml Mr. Burberry EDP for men which I tested at Burberry counter prior to purchasing online. The smell does not last more than an hour although with multiple spray at one time. The smell is hardly noticeable to anyone. Quite dissapointing for rm299.

I ORDER 2 PRODUCTS, SUPPOSED TO RECEIVED IT IN 3 DAYS UNFORTUNATELY AFTER 10 DAYS MY ORDER IS STILL UNDER PROCESSING MODE. TRIED CALLING THE THEM BUT THE NUMBER GIVEN IN THE WEBSITE IS NOT WORKING. VERY POOR SERVICE EVEN MY WEBSITE MESSAGE WAS NOT ANSWERED AFTER 24 HOURS.

i received my order on the 4th day after i order. 1 day later than the expected date but everything else was good. initially i am not very confident about the products because of the good prices, but after i received my hugo boss nuit edp, of which I can hardly find in Selangor, it is indeed the same as that I purchased at Paris airport. Other than the late delivery, I am happy with my purchase. I will come back for more
