Awful experience
I ordered 3 bottles of perfume on the 20th July. They are said to have been delivered on the 25th August, which they have not. Tried contacting them 3 times but no reply to any email. I would not touch them with a barge pole.

A bottle of perfume I recently purchased ( June) came with a faulty spray dispenser, I made contact and without quibble I was sent a free returns label to send my faulty item back and a replacement bottle was posted and received the next day. What happened when the perfume did not arrive
Royal Mail did not do their job to deliver my perfume but as soon as it was reported the staff at Perfume UK solved the issue. Firstly by establishing where the hold up was and when it still did not come posted out a replacement and gave me a £10 refund. Brilliant
