Where do I start at first sceptic trying a new site to my one of my favourite perfumes..and then everything fell into place and dry dry surprised I had never come across this site before (Perfume uk)

1. Great price - Cheapest price on www
2. Item arrived in two days - My order was under £35 so it wasn't as though I had spent £100's for this speedy delivery.
3. Very securely and economically wrapped - Very impressed!
4. Free sample was also placed into my order - what a lovely gesture...
5. Given a discount code for 5% off my next order!

Now all I'm going to say is for a company I have never heard of Perfumeuk, I never ever expected this much care as most things you buy online from the transaction to delivery the process is robotic sadly so I really did feel valued here, I recently went to the Royal Opera House and spent a lot more on my ticket and can honestly say the overall service and face to face experience was 1/10 the play 1010.

I emailed Perfumeuk and spoke to Sophie extremely pleasant 10/10.

Clearly this company is doing something right and I can't recommend them enough.

The perfume arrived quickly and was well packaged so the bottle was undamaged. I had waited to order this perfume and was pleased to get it at a reduced price though it is a new fragrance. It was an added bonus to receive a sample of another perfume which is nice to carry in a handbag. All in all a good purchase thank you.

Easy to use, great price and quick delivery. Perfectly packaged a nice littke freebie too. Second order and will be back again.

I have ordered 2 items from them been emailed with order number and tracking number this number doesn't work have contact them but they say the order number isn't theirs never use this company

I was very pleased with my purchase, really lovely fragrance, at a great price. Although the item sent originally was the wrong size, after I contacted the company and advised, it was swiftly dealt with and the correct item was dispatched immediately and a returns label sent for the wrong item, so cannot fault the customer service.
Overall I am very pleased with Perfume UK and will definitely be using them again and would recommend

Had two separate issues with Perfume U.K. now and not happy with the customer service I received. First they sent me the wrong fragrance and now the delivery has been delayed and they didn’t seem at all concerned.
Very unprofessional outfit . I would use a competitor if you have the choice.

i have ordered three perfumes on 25 june 2024 they send me email of confirmation and an order number when i open tracking they say it might be deleted and did not write about delivery on it that how many days it will be take i think i gota scam

The perfume I purchased is not as well known as other major brands so I was pleasantly surprised to find Perfume UK had stock. It was competitively priced, arrived very well wrapped and in excellent time. All in all a positive online shopping experience. Will be back for more! Thank you!

Placed an order 28th March and order still not even with Royal Mail 9th April. Used their contact form on their website twice and replied to two automatic feedback emails. I still have not received a reply or been contacted by Perfume UK

I recently purchased some Opium Body Lotion. I have been using this product for years so I already knew I would like it. Perfume uk offered the best price I could find with the added bonus of free delivery. My parcel arrived speedily and had a small complimentary perfume spray enclosed. First time I’ve used this company but won’t be my last. Absolutely nothing negative to say.
