Impressive service
The product was bought as a birthday present for my daughter so I have not used it, but I know she loves it. In terms of this company’s service, I was really impressed with the efficiency and speed with which they processed and dispatched the order. I was particularly pleased as I was late ordering it in time for her birthday! The other thing I would say was that I was delighted they had the product in stock. It is a particular favourite of my daughter's but very difficult to find in shops or other online stores.

Ordered, paid, goods not delivered, promised refund never arrived.
Ordered and paid for Rabanne Invictus 200ml on 4th Feb. On 6th Feb received email advising that there was a stock error and that the item ordered was unavailable. On the same day I received an email advising that £101 had been credited back to my card.
Refund has not been made and despite a number of phone calls and voice mails (no one ever answers the phone) and 2 emails requesting an update, Perfumeuk have not responded. Appalling customer service!
Do not waste your time.

Your refund was processed immediately. Unfortunately, refunds to credit cards can take up to 5-10 working days to show into accounts, depending on the card provider (refunds to paypal are immediate).
We did send an email with the refund receipt that we receive to confirm we have processed it correctly.
We also note that the chargeback that was initiated was refused due to the bank receiving the refund.

Armani Si trio gift box - Fabulous!
The Si trio gift box I bought is excellent and I hadn't found the similar product anywhere else.
The perfume and body lotion sets are commonly available but the addition of the shower gel was what attracted me to this particular set.
I was keen to buy the Si shower gel for a Christmas gift which year in year out seems almost impossible to source being out of stock wherever and however early in the year I begin looking.
The service and communication I received was excellent especially when I became concerned after a few confusing messages from Royal Mail.
It's a definite 10 from me so keep up the good work!👍
