Same scam happened to me. Don’t waste your money at this stupid cream. This company is just a bunch of scammers. I was charged $300 over 2 months for a cream that they sent as a free sample. They subscribed me to their cream for each month without my consent and kept charging my credit card

This creme is a complete and total scam. The way they make their income is sending you additional unwanted shipments of 2 additional bottles at almost $200.00 per shipment. Read the very fine print at the bottom of the contract.
Useless creme that does not work at all. I was lucky my bank's Visa fought to have my money returned after 3 months.

This company is a big scam there are many people who have claimed the same thing that has happened to me. I ordered this free trial online over Instagram and just had to pay the shipping. When I looked on my credit card bill they had charge me over $300!! I called to tell them I wanted my money back and they told me it was past 14 days!!!! and it was in the fine print and up to meet to cancel! I was appalled! They are scammers and crooks! They refused to give me any money back and continued trying to sell More things to me in hopes that I would be “happy”. I then hung up the phone on the lady and about an hour later she called my work back and said I want to make you happy and I will give you $35 back! I want the $300 back! And all I got were sample sizes! What the hell was I paying $300 for ??!!!!!!
I have had to Cancel my credit card because that was the only way my credit card provider told me to get rid of these people, because they will not stop charging your credit card. BUYER BEWARE of this company and make sure you do not fall into the scam!!!!
I started looking into this and saw that this is a huge problem in Canada and was on CBC news! Google it!

Ladies who have desperately tried to hide their age and fine lines by using different products Mira Essence Cream within the market that has rendered no vital amendment to their ageing skin would like to attempt this product as they will. It will be employed by both the young and ageing generation.

This seller is in my opinion not serious. They shipped products without my consent at a small charge, that is they ask you to pay a small shipping fee. They charged me about 350 Euros for 2 products, in spite I only had ordered 1. I got in e-mail contact with them and brought forward my complaints about this unusual method of sale, and the high price for that small sample. They offered me 80 Euros in return which I accepted, and after 5 days I, believe it or not, got the money (80 euros) back. In return I should not report them to my bank.
LOOK OUT ... this company is not serious! Never order anything from them! My advice is to maculate the credit card and ask your bank for a new one.

I've been charged over 300$ 6 times so far and I called them numerous times to stop. They won't. Single mom of 5 fell for the 5.95$ scam. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

I also was charged not the $5.95 but 179.00 what a rip - I have told many people about this company and not to be sucked in by it. I wanted a refund and they denied it - totally no concerns for the consumer - I wish we could write on the page where they sell the stuff so we could warn everyone who looks at the add- DO NOT BUY!!!!

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering the $5,95 trial offer.

If I could I would give this scam company 00000. How do we get together and get these crooks stopped? Is Facebook aware it is being used by these crooks to bilk innocent people out of what probably totals millions of dollars?
My personal experience was much like all the other people who have reviewed this company. Rude, rude, rude costumer reps. whose only job I believe is too hang up on angry people who are out at least 400.00 for ordering this lard like product.
Lets use this review site to band together and problem sovle how to stop these crooks.

Perlelux and Collagenea are thieves and con artists. Do not fall for the 10 day free trial. As soon as you click the first button (1 second) they claim you have had the opportunity to read their terms and conditions and are therefore liable for all huge costs. The costs are absolutely insane and thievery! Starting with $189.98 Collagenea, $179.95 pearlskin on the same day, then the kits start showing up monthly $129.87 (for another pearlskin kit that you didn't order) then all the little charges every two weeks $9.41 (perledemer.com). I don't even know what those charges were for as there was no e-mail, no subscriptions, etc. provided. The $5.95 10 days is the only time you have to return the product for a refund but you will have pay shipping and restocking fees. If you are unfortunate enough to open the package to see the product - you will now have to ship back at your own cost (avg $17).
It took me awhile to find any contact information. Once in contact with them, they have absolutely no customer service skills. They are going to make you feel stupid as they claim you are liable because you clicked the button. They will not give you any refund for the original package and then you have to return the other packages at your cost within 30 days. I communicated with several employees but the absolute worst is Harry, He doesn't care and basically says "Are you done?", you clicked the button and in so doing you have agreed to all the charges! Hogwash. Terrible product, crazy huge charges, no customer service.

I wish I could give these con artists no stars at all.. 700 dollars in charges I'll never see again.. Don't bother sending back creams for a refund.. Won't happen.. Report fraud with your credit card company and hope for the best..

This company is nothing but a scam! They will ship you products without your consent at no charge and ask you to pay a small shipping fee and then they will charge you close to 400 dollars. I have shipped their unused products back at my cost and asked them to return my money and now they say they won't give my money back! Beware of this company and products! Never order anything from them!

My mother ordered the FREE product, and she provided her credit card (I was with her) for the shipping as expected. This company has now taken a total of $700 off her mastercard in less than 2 months. The first time she saw $400 charged, she was told by the company the FREE product was a 14 day trial and when she didn't return it in 2 weeks, she was charged the full price of the product - which NO WHERE -not even in the fine print, did we see it would happen like that. WOW.

Then Canadian Tire Mastercard, allowed the $400 and then an additional $300 to go through on her card, even though it was maxed out at her $2000 limit. So now her card is at $2700 (yes $700 over her amount she had on her card). When she asked why they would let $700 over the limit of her card, all they could say was that because she was a good customer they let the $ go on the card. The problem with this is the $300 that just got charged today was AFTER she told them that she never authorized the first $400...and yet they allowed another $300 to be charged to her card from the SAME DAMNED COMPANY!

So to hear my mother cry on the phone as she tells me what has happened to her, makes me so angry. This company is a SCAM and Canadian Tire Mastercard is not really even attempting to help her out. They will not even let her cancel her card to prevent anymore charges from this company...so now she will wait to see if they charge her again in 30 days. She has returned the product and reported the tracking number, but since I don't trust this company, I am not so sure the product will be "received" by them. Where do we go to report such a scam? This is terrible and has made my mom untrusting of shopping online which is sad, because online shopping can be very trustworthy.

How are companies like this getting away with this? I cannot even believe this is possible.

This company is just like a pocket stealer! I returned their products soon when I received, never have been opened, however; they said they can not refund the money because the products are not returned in its original condition. This is "The WORST company" in the world ever!!!!

This company are the worst! They set you up with a "membership" and charge you $10 a month. I even set up an account with them and checked the option to receive no further products from them and they still sent me products and they still charged by credit card. When I called and spoke to customer service I was shouted at by "customer service" because I was angry that they would not return my money. Absolute scam.

Please do not fall for one of these traps! My grandmother came across an email saying that she had won a prize through a reputable cable company. The email was fabricated and was just a lure to get her to sign up for a free trial period of face creams.
Once I heard this I checked it out for her and sure enough in the fine print it said, if we like the product we keep it and end up paying $189.99. If you don't call them and request a cancellation of the product before the trial date they will charge your card a ridiculous amount of money, reoccurring every month.
I called them, they emailed me the information about sending the products back and telling me to call them back with a tracking number.

However we called the bank and put a stop payment on and from this company. We are going to send the products back regardless because they still have the card and could charge her another way.

Absolute Scam, true robbery.
I'm actually trying to get my mother out of this...
She order the trials and didn't notice the autorefill condition.
I told her to forget those 400$, but i'm hoping that the billing will stop after this. I went on the website and call the company to make sure the account was close. Sadly the second month is already billed and we're waiting for the products so we can send them back. Is anybody got free of this nightmare ? At this point I don't care losing the money, just hoping that the billing stops.
