AWFUL FALSE ADVERTISEMENT THEY ARE LIARS. The product doesn't even work.
The people on the phone is rude and annoying too.
They advertise a sample with a shipping and handling fee. Yet they now say sample and gave you a 10 day 'evaluation' period NOT a trial. They said they will send you a sample. What they say you get to SAMPLE the product and TRY it for 10 days. Then they automatically charge your cc for the full amount.

Absolutely deplorable company and product! Shame on you!

Wow does it stop ever stink. Smells like your great granny perfume cupboard. Nauseating enough that I wasn’t able to try it long enough to figure out if it works.

Based on the number of overblown reviews on fake review sites, I’m guessing the best thing about this is it’s marketing machine

This is a scam. The creams are nothing special and they trick you by saying you get a free trial. If you do not return the product within 10 days of when they believe you got the product, they will charge you about $50-$60 per item. They also force you to take an extra product when ordering and charge you double for shipping (no exit strategy on webpage). I had a week, not 10 days from when I received the product to return it to them to not be charged over $100. You must first let them know your not satisfied, then return the package with a tracking number that is provided to them. You must also follow all their other instructions, including complaining, putting packing slip back in box, have your return address on package and provide a shipping number to them. I am still unsure whether they will try to charge me again, as I just returned it today. If you do get into this trap, keep all your email, so you can get your credit card company not to allow any further charges!

This company is a complete scam. Unfortunately, my wife ordered the trial cream and the nightmare began shortly afterwards. Extra charges on her credit card and the auto renew creams kept coming. She had to pay out of pocket to send creams back but she is still fighting over $400 worth of charges.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible and would not provide any information on contacting a supervisor or manager. The rep kept repeating the same information over and over about “reading the fine print.” When you actually do read it you need to understand that $400 worth of charges are coming your way!! Even the fine print doesn’t account for the extra mystery charges.
The whole situation makes me sick to my stomach and I am hoping people will read these reviews before making the mistake to order.

It's a fraud company. They send you samples of what ever you order. Then you have 10 days free trail and if you don't like the products, you shall send it back, otherwise they will keep charging you 2×€119.90 pr. month without getting your products.

terrible company & at best mediocre product. Return policy is 10-14 days. clearly only 10 days as I was charged on day 10. when I agreed to try product I was charged 2 shipping fees although products came in 1 box in 1 shipment.

Be aware: this company is FRAUDULENT.
My experience is: the 11.12.2017 my wife ordered two products from this company for 5 Eur 99 and 5 Eur 95 for which our card was debited.
The company fraudulently debited the card 4 times, totaling 493 eur 76 cts.

The way to fight back is to get your bank to reimburse you. They will get the payment card provider in your country to help them. EU law protects consumers like yourself by obligating banks to try to get your money back. The terms and conditions that you think that you have agreed to are usually not legally binding. You are not the expert on that and you dont need a lawyer. You simply need to say I never agreed to this. Let the bank do the rest. Sit and complain here and these guys will laugh you all the way to the bank. Their terms are bogus. They don't exist with a legal address and you will get the money back from the bank not them.

I ordered two products on free trial. I paid the trial price and shipping fees. I found out a few weeks later that I had been charged $400 more. This is a big scam do not buy it. After 14 days they will charge you full price and they won't take the items back. If you can afford it keep it otherwise return it.

Scam, Scam, Scam. Its simply a scam, stay away........ I am hoping I can get my money back some way. Over 400 Dollars later. Just call the number first you will see there is no service or any way really to get in contact with them. I can not even believe this is legal in any way.

Dear scammers:
Your terms are well hidden in your read more link at the bottom of the contact information. I was mislead to believe that I was buying 2 creams for a total of 95 dkk to cover shipping and nothing more.

According to the Danish Consumer Council, Taenk your payment terms and conditions may not be hidden from me ( "stored away" in the General Purchase Agreement or in the Company's General Terms and Conditions). If I need to click on to a new page of the terms, then you have failed to clearly make me aware that I say yes to a subscription.The subscription must be a separate agreement that is sent to me and agreed by me and not a simple welcoming to a club of 8 suprise withdrawls that are not even consistent in the pricing...Over $750 charges. SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR PHONY NON EXISTING COMPANY

I got the free samples because I though it was with that medium lady but they use her name iligaly , anyways after I send my credit card number I got a email from them explaining I need to try it and then cancel , I ask them not to send the creams , they said no , I phone my MasterCard and they said I got scam and that they had to cancel my card , omg I was all pack and leaving for a trip , but now have to wait for new card , I received that cream , it’s like crap , so much perfume in there , lucky I didn’t put that on my face ! It’s burning my hands . What a bunch of scammers, I was charge three different deliveries, only got one box and they use three different names , and who ever sends emails from perlelux saying they are deeply sorry it’s just a scam , I trust more master card that told me they where . And who ever says it’s a great product it’s all those scammers making false advertising.

A scandalous way they try to trick you in with there stuff. Promising first affordable products and then suddenly there are some extra conditions and you're into high costs.
Quick reaction of 'customer service' but there is no customer service.
Stay away from them.

My mom bought this product and was charged a huge some of money and that was every last pennies she had before trying to buy her granddaughter birthday party supplies on her birthday. Luckily someone covered this and my mom tries to return it on the ten day of trail. And they are still giving her a hard time even after 3 days. Please don't ever buy or try or even give away your credit card number. They will take your money out without a warning at all. I don't even know how they are even legal to take money out of people accounts to even begin with. I want this company investigated. I will keep giving bad review till the end of time until they give her money back.
