I have had an alarm for some time. I've had about about 3 calls on it. Every one has been answered virtually immediately and action taken straight away and dealing with extremely pleasant and knowledgeable operators. Happy bunny

I checked various websites to see what was available. I found that this alarm was exactly what was the alarm that suited my needs. Plus it now gives me confidence now that I am finding walking and standing difficult and unsteady. Easy to set up and makes me feel more safe and secure

The personal alarm appears to be working well even though I have not yet needed to press the alarm. My only complaint is that I seem to be forever charging it up, although I do accept that I get almost daily texts/emails warning me that the charge is down to 20%/10%. I assume this is due to the fact that the alarm is permanently connected to the GPS system

As an 80 year old, I found that the system was fairly staightforward to set up and on the two occasions that the alarm has been set off, the response was swift and clear.

Everyone is so polite whenever my alarm goes off. I'm still getting used to it. I find it hard to cancel it, but on this occasion the helpfull lady said to hold the button until it says Cancelled. Sorry I forgot the ladies name.

My main reason for getting in an alarm is that I visit a small workshop I own in the heart of t,he country. If I had a bad fall I could be isolated for a considerable period of time. My contacts all know where it is situated and could quickly summon help..

Delighted with it though!The whole process is simple - with support if needed. The remote pendant is very sensitive - can go off if dropped for instance. Control staff very fast and very understanding. Worth every penny!
