I had koozies made for my husband’s 40th birthday and they turned out great! Got them in a timely manner and always very quick to respond to questions!

Excellent customer service, quick turn around time on order. Koozies were ok, the picture I had them use wasnt as large as I expected it to be. The stitching on the koozie appeared loose and uneven on some and they seem to be shorter on an average size can than koozies purchased elsewhere. Again, they gave me what I asked for but for the price I was slightly disappointed upon arrival.

I kept getting told my order was shipping then got told the machine broke down. Then hot an email thd part came in and my order would ship the nect day. A WEEK LATER I GOT A CALL THAT THEY WERE READY TK SHIPTHE ORDER! I WAS LIVID!

Blown away!!! A little reservation at first, because it was so easy, but they came on time and looked amazing!!!

I really appreciate the assistance with design--on other sites, for similar prices, I had to do the design work myself. Which was sub-par, to say the least. Personalized Koozies gave me two different options after I gave a written description of what I wanted and I actually loved them both!

Customer services was also top notch. They communicated quickly and clearly and I felt there was continuity in our conversations.

I could not be happier with the koozies I ordered. I ordered three different styles and they came out great. Amy was great to work with. I was very particular in the design I wanted and she was very patient in going back and forth with numerous proofs before I made a final decision. The service, product and price were all great. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I love this company. They were very patient with me as I changed designs over and over again. They were friendly, accommodating, helpful and prompt. I sought them out to receive a quote and their customer service was what sealed the deal. Even when calling to place my order, they picked up immediately; no wait time, no being placed on hold, no phone prompts that I had to jump through. And the minute I placed the order they knew the delivery date so it arrived days before the intended event. The product was exactly what I had wanted. Couldn’t be happier! Super happy with them!
