Total waste of money. He wasn't at all interested, did almost nothing and achieved absolutely nothing.

Excellent all round.
Sean responded quickly and professionally, and offered helpful advice. His colleagues visited a few days later and did a thorough, efficient job. Camera survey, descaling, washing, installing barrier to rats, cement repairs, pesticide treatment.

Our neighbours had an unknown pest control service for 6 months trying to catch a mole who then decides to head over to our garden and who caused carnage in our lawn and flower borders. After trying home remedies (failed) DIY traps (failed) and a high pitch device (failed) we called Andrew from Pest-force in Exeter. He looked at the mounds, worked out how they connected and laid 3 traps. Within ONE hour, I kid you not, one of the traps went off. Thinking it was a false alarm we left it until his next visit a few days later and there in the trap was our neighbours mole!! No more soft mounds have appeared since and I wish I'd gone straight to him!! Nice chap, highly recommend the service!!

I can’t begin to find the words to describe the excellent service I received from pest force. I discovered a Rat in my kitchen early hours of the morning just before Christmas and contacted Pestforce. I got a quick response and a visit within hours which I didn’t expect. Andy came round, explained everything he was doing in a way for me to understand and followed up by calling to check if the bait had been taken. Michael came to my bungalow and was very helpful, friendly and had great knowledge.
After many failed attempts with other companies, he sorted my issue. Would not hesitate to recommend him. Great customer service.

Luis Lamas (Hertfordshire) came out to treat my home for fleas. He was rude, unpleasant and unhelpful. I felt as if he didn't have the time to be here, had no interest in doing a good job for us & just wanted his money (£240) upfront and he completed the job in half the time he had estimated. If I had my time again and had found my voice, I would have asked him to leave. I would prefer to have fleas in my house than him.

Getting rid of our hornet nest problem,

Ben Dean and his partner were great they swiftly identified where the wasps were coming from and treated them then and there. Couldn’t recommend highly enough they were great, friendly with a speedy manner.

I rang on a Thursday and spoke with Ashley regarding an issue with drain flies at my property. The situation had got continuously worse over 2 weeks since our drains were cleared by dynorod. Our en-suite was full of drain flies everyday, no matter what treatment I used down the trap. I was desperate as it was completely out of control on Thursday. Initially I was advised he could come next week but as I was on holiday and he knew I was desperate he came today Friday at 7am to fit me in. He checked everything over and explained he could treat today but the problem would return as it was a plumbing issue that needed addressing with cameras. I felt awful for getting him yo come at 7am and said I was happy to pay for a call out. He refused to charge me and refused a tip for a ‘drink’. What a great guy. Hope I don’t need their services again but if I did, it’s the company I would go to!

Shane from Pestforce was professional from the first time I spoke with him about the problem we had with rats coming into our garden. He gave us great advice and explained every step of the way what he was going to do and why. As the first cycle of treatment occurred during lockdown, he texted to let us know when he would be arriving and was mindful of keeping us safe. An excellent service and competitive pricing structure - would recommend and use again if needed.

Steve from Pestforce was extremely efficient and knowledgable right from the start. Great to chat with someone who clearly knows what they’re doing. Treated the wasps nest both inside and out. I contacted Malcolm on a Sunday about the possibility of him dealing with a wasp nest that was in our attic. He got back to me that day with a cost and a day that he could do it. Happy enough with that, I gave Malcolm the go ahead and he booked us in for Tuesday. On the morning that Malcolm was due, I messaged to check he was still coming as I had to visit my wife in hospital at some point that day. He messaged right back to say he would let me know a time at lunchtime that day but would definitely be the afternoon. This was great as it left me free in the morning to do what I needed. He subsequently called at lunchtime to say he would be with me between 2 and 3pm and he arrived bang in 2.30. He was also very thorough. My previous pest controller didn't bother to go in to my attic to deal with the nest, he just sprayed the powder through the hole in my wooden facia thst they were using to get to their nest. Malcolm was the opposite. Even though he could see the wasps going under my roof tiles, he went straight in to my attic and injected the nest directly. Before he left he told me any issues (he didn't expect there to be any!) Not to hesitate to give him a ring and he eould be back. Absolutely 1st class customer service from Malcolm, he was easily contactable, turned up when he said and came across as a decent, honest person too. I found Malcolm and Pest force scottish borders by chance on Google after my usual pest controller from Peebles didn't turn up whrn he said he would (still not heard from him!) And another guy from kelso took 10hrs to reply to my enquiry only to say Clovenfords was too far away for him!

I found Andy from Pestforce in east London so helpful and reliable. I could hand the problem over to him with confidence. He is very calm, friendly and professional. I have already recommended him to my neighbour as mice have been seen in our small block. Thank you Andy

Professional pest control. I phoned Mark about a wasp nest in the rafters, he came and looked at it straight away. He dealt with the nest there and then. Excellent prices and a professional manor, I will use again if needed.

Pestforce is a franchise, so I can only comment on Ryan for the for Grantham and Nottingham area franchisee. I was very impressed with Ryan. Unlike other companies I initially contacted, he took the time and trouble to return my call and discuss with me my pest problem. We made an appointment and he called ahead to tell me he was on his way. I always like it when people do that. Ryan was polite and professional at all times. I was impressed also with his knowledge of the cockchafer beetle that was causing me the problem. I found the cost of the work very competitive and good value for money. If I ever need help again with another pest problem, Ryan will be the only call I need to make.

Ben from Leeds, took the money and didn't turn up when agreed. When he did arrive he spent no longer than 20 mins on the property over two visits. The problem was not sorted. Absolute rip off and a joke of a firm - never again

Very happy with Darren and his service from Pestforce. We have a nest of wood bees living within a gap between our brickwork and guttering which had started to enter the garage. Darren took the time to listen to my concerns and was very professional. He also gave me a variety of options with regards to dealing with the bees and I was very pleased to hear that killing them is always a last resort. Darren was able to seal the spot where the bees had accessed the garage for me and also took the time to explain exactly what species we where dealing with and how best to deal with them. As such no extermination was necessary. The advice he gave was very much appreciated and highly recommended.

Had a rat issue near chicken coup. Darren came along gave great advice along the way and helped us control the problem. He had excellent knowledge and has set us up now so we can control the problem long term
