After one more email and this review they have giving back the money, so thats gives them 2 stars. I dont know how there products are, but they look good.
My order was sent to me correctly, but unfortunately it got lost in the mail. The address was difficult to find, so it was returned to the sender. I assumed it would take a few weeks for it to get back to me, which I didn't mind.
Unfortunately, I received a message that my order had been canceled by Petal&Pup and that they would refund the money. I wasn't happy about this, but oh well. Then I saw that they hadn't refunded the high shipping costs. I asked about this, and they said they had used it to send the order.
Of course, I understand that, I'm not stupid, but since I didn't receive anything, I assume I don't have to pay anything.
It's not my fault that the courier couldn't find the address; as a company, you take responsibility for that. Unfortunately, Reagan didn't understand that, so I'm not getting my money back. Very disappointing and unprofessional!

dress was hideous and they charge $10 to return plus I have to pay for my own box. never again.
Sizing used to be standard across the board. Not anymore. Items are either too big or far too small, there’s no consistency and their size 8-10 is more like a 6-8. I love their clothing but won’t be shopping here again purely because of the sizing.

I have ordered from them previously and have nothing but good things to say - beautiful items, well made, gorgeous fabrics.

The prices were good so ordered two dresses. They came and fit terribly. I went online and printed out return packing slips, used the bag they were sent in and used the QR codes provided. When I got to the post office, the postal service said they could only do one QR code. Ok. Sent the package in, and contacted customer service. They got back to me a day later and said that the dresses had to be returned SEPARATELY with their own QR code because it’s an automated return system. What? They told me it was clear on their return policy. No, it was not. It was confusing. Plus they charge a return fee in addition to wanting you to use extra packaging? I’m still waiting to hear back if they are going to give me the credit for my second dress. If not, I’ll need to start disputing it with my credit card company. This is ridiculous and bad customer service.

Don’t order if you live in the UK. It cost me £60 to get two dresses through customs. Had to return one which I had to do myself and cost me £25 as petal and pup don’t give you return labels, only for it to be refused by customs. A £75 dress has cost me an extra £85 and now I’m stuck with it. £165 down with an unwanted dress.
The quality of the product was very poor — definitely not worth the price. What’s worse, they charge $10 just to return an item, which is frustrating. Most online stores include a return label and offer a smooth return experience, but here the process feels outdated and inconvenient. Totally not customer-friendly. Wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.
The clothing is very nice. Shipping is slow and returns take over a month and they charge you to return. Did the return on June 9 and still haven’t gotten it resolved because they said I sent it back wrong and their system is automated. Will NEVER buy from them again and I love the quality.
Bought and kept a dress. Returned another and they charged me almost 10 to return it plus told me to ship it back on my dime. If you return it for a credit they will pay for the return.
Very poor quality. Jumper pulled within hours of wearing. You don’t find this out unless you wear it and you cannot pretty worn. Was offered 15% refund but declined this offer.

The dress looked great in the photos but was poor quality regardless.
Bless helped make my return so easy! I reached out to Petal and Pup USA that I had missed the deadline to return a shipment by two days, because my father passed away suddenly and I was out of town for his celebration of life. I ordered a beautiful silk sage color dress, but was too small. Bless reached out immediately and went the extra mile to create a return label and emailed it to me, without asking me to jump through hoops. Petal and Pup USA will be the first on my mind to order my next elegant dress. Thank you so much Bless! You are a great ambassador for Petal and Pup USA!
BEWARE!! Terrible company. Very difficult to receive a full refund. Poor customer service if that’s what you’d even call it. Sneaky

I used to love this site until recently I purchased a $100 dress followed their care instructions and the dress shrunk to the point you cannot wear the item.
I emailed petal and pup a few days later they responded and gave me $13 for the inconvenience. What company does this a product which is obviously faulty and they give you $13 out of the $100. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN

Horrible quality items and their return policy is ridiculous. Pretty sure they stay in business charging for returns. I doubt anyone actually keeps their cheaply made dresses.
Do not make a purchase from this company the returns are impossible no order #, no receipt , quality disappointing be aware !!!

DO NOT buy from This company through Macys. It is not apparent that returns after 30 days are denied and there is no recourse at all. Macys referred me to Pedal & Pup for assistance. Pedal and Pup told me they would not accept a return after 30 days.
Pieces are cute but the size guide feels really wrong to me. Size small says 8-10 but it’s really more like 6-8 because they are much tighter than other size 8 clothing I get. Material is pretty cheap but still is cute. It’s a shame about the sizing because they are just a smidge to tight and don’t know if it’s worth exchanging sizes

Clothes are expensive but I like the quality and they’re cute… I have purchased from the company many many times at other stores and this was my first time buying through the actual site. I started a new job very quickly and was in a pinch/high need for more office appropriate clothing. I spent $300+ and an additional $30 for overnight shipping. Upon check out it did not specify you only get over night M-F…. Just next business day but I guess my fault for thinking people would be shipping next day for $30 dollars. Needless to say I spent $330 to not have clothes for my first day of work. I asked for a refund on my shipping (been 3 days already and standard shipping is 3-6 days) and I was sent kind of a rude follow up email with their shipping policy for “future reference”. Needless to say I will not be shopping with this company anymore.
