If I could give them 0 stars I would, sadly I didn’t read reviews before purchasing from them. I believe their company is a scam. The dresses they send aren’t as the pictures very cheap quality not worth the amount you pay and when you return it they give you different options either only get 30% back and return or they said I could keep the dresses and get 50% return. Very weird offers and I never even got any refund. Not sure how they stay in business.

This dress is just great! The material feels good quality! The color is beautiful... And it fits true to size.

Cheap clothing, look great in the photos but in real life they look nothing like the image. Returning the items are very difficult. They give false information on the website, when you email their customer services they try to offer to pay a small amount back to you and they do not give the returns address unless you push them for it. They then give a returns address as USA, so you have to pay a small fortune to send back to them.

Still waiting for a refund, and I would never recommend this company or buy items from them again. They should be shut down.

Ignore the fake 5-star reviews. The worst company ever. They take your money and basically refuse to let you return the goods if they're unsuitable which they almost certainly will be! How are they still allowed to operate? A complete BUNCH OF CROOKS.

The goods were as described but suspect they are operating from China, even Petallush uk, as it takes longer to get here and it’s virtually impossible to return any items! They offer discounted refunds instead of return codes which they catagorically say not to return to the address on the parcel, Buyer pays return postage

The dresses I ordered were odd shaped and fitting. The return process has been an nightmare and I am 2 months still waiting on my refund!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! NIGHTMARE! Ordered in December and it is March 1st still no money back.

Said a first order was delivered which zi never got. They ignored doing anything about it. Still have not received my second order and will be calling my credit card company to reverse charges, am sure they don’t keep up with anything as their customer service is lousy. Never had any problems like this before and will never order from them again!

All I want is a refund, but they keep offering me “options” of either a partial refund or store credit (keeping the items), instead of the actual return address. Don’t bother shopping - material is cheap and look nothing like the photos.

The goods are not true to size and then they will not accept the items being returned and offered credit or refund for different amount each email. Goods were dispatched from Brisbane in Australia and they claim that they have only one refund and return place that is located in the USA. It is illegal to withhold money for goods that are not suitable. This is not just a change of mind. Website gives address to email for returns and four emails later they are still not resolving the problem. Do not buy from these people. This appears to be a scam.

Petallush is a scam. Items are garbage! I’d donate what I ordered but, I’d have to write a letter of apology to the recipient because everything is so awful! They won’t accept returns and emailing does nothing. They say to email but they just spin you around in circles and won’t give a refund. Positive Reviews are all fake! No one would rate what I received with 5 stars!

I need to exchange and return dresses and the customer service address they give doesn't exsist. I have tried to get a hold of them five times in various places but they have yet to respond.It's been almost a month since I ordered.

Had to email to return my dresses, which were very off in sizing. They did not want to take my dresses back, but offered 27 dollars for two dresses of over 100 cad. After a lot of emailing I got offered 63 dollars if I wouldn’t send the dresses back. Still haven’t seen the money, even after emailing. Avoid!!!

If I could give less I would.
