Absolutely shocking! After waiting an inordinate amount of time to receive my order (I am based in the UK); the clothes were cheap fabrics and too small in the sizing. Wanted to return the whole lot but when I emailed customer service there is no fixed returns address; offered half of my money back for a refund by customer service. Ended up sending clothes to charity. Spend £100 got less than half back. Avoid!

I ordered a dress for my daughter for Christmas. The dress was pretty, but the sleeves were way to short. They gave me an address to return the dress to, back East somewhere. I had to pay $20 to return the dress with a tracking number. They will NOT refund my money even though I shipped the dress back. I have emailed the receipt from the post office with the tracking number. I have called the post office 1-800 number and was told the address gets lots of packages and boxes and the dress was delivered to the correct address. And that the all the packages were picked up by the company and that the company has to show ID in order to pick up the packages. I emailed Petallush to check and see which employee picked up the packages that day because they have the dress. They want the name of the person who picked up the packages....the post office wont give it to me because of privacy laws. Which makes sense. So they have the dress and they are keeping my money. DO NOT BUY FROM PETALLUSH!

They do not order from here. They sell fake products
And you cannot refund them
They stretch their time until PayPal or your credit card. It's too late to dispute

Received no merchandise sent many emails received many replies with still no merchandise. This place sucks don’t buy from here.

Buy at your own risk. Their sizing is all over the place. And if you try to return for a refund they’ll only give you a gift card. If you use that gift card to buy anything else and it doesn’t fit, they refuse to fix your order. So I’m out of pocket and nothing fits. Save your money and go to another web store with a more honourable returns policy.

This company is a scam. SCAM. I got my clothes but there is no way the good reviews are real. I ordered a dress. The fabric was sooo cheap. So I wanted to return it. Options were not great for returns so I accepted the in store credit. I shopped the sales with this to get the most out of my money. Got 2 dresses. both see through. One even had what some may call a slip but it was laughable to be able to call that a slip. The shirt cute but also very cheap.

I placed an order on June 16th and still have yet to receive my order.

XL is not for busty women. The dresses didn't even look like what was online. They were no cotton/linen. Refund and return is not available. They offer a 30% refund without return or a credit. I am getting really tired of these rip off companies.

Colors are not even close to what they look online.
After bringing this to their attention and complaining about the wrong color they refuse to provide a prepaid shipping label to help with the return.
Cheap fabrics, all plastic. Don’t spend your money there.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I have had the worst experience form here. They do not offer a return label so you are responsible for shipping cost. If they offer you a giftcard, DO NOT TAKE IT. You do not get to exchange or return items. So if you get the wrong size, tough luck. I also bought a dress from here and the smell is absoutely horrible. I can't even try it on becuase it smells so bad. It smells like it has been sitting in mildew for weeks. I will continue emailing and calling them until I get my money back.

The site advertises a delivery time to Germany of 10-15 days. I ordered three items, all of which were delivered almost two months later. I wanted to return two of these items. To do this, however, you first have to contact the service by email. You then have to argue with the service team for a while. It seems that they don't want the items returned. They first say that they will refund everything. Then they apologize and say that they can only refund 50%, but you can keep all the items. After a long discussion, I was able to “negotiate” a 90% refund. The money has not yet arrived.

A very dubious and suspicious company.

The guidelines also state that you only have 14 days to receive a full refund. However, as the delivery time alone takes longer than 14 days, it is clear what the outcome will be. If you were to take legal action against this, you would definitely be in the right.

I have been trying to get a return address to ship back items I ordered and they just keep giving me the runaround. The dresses were fine. Nothing wrong with them. They were what I ordered and they were pretty dresses but they don’t fit. They keep sending me emails offering me other options instead of returning them and I do not want to keep dresses that don’t fit. Has anyone gotten a return address from Petal lush to send items back? I would be perfectly satisfied with them if they would just provide a return address.

I have made 3 orders with Petal Lush and I have been satisfied with each. The quality is good for me and it’s true to size. The long dresses are a little longer than expected, but not too bad. I have never dealt with their customer service, so take with that what you will.

My only qualm is the shipping is snail’s pace. It is so slow. And it’s not even free. All 3 of my orders took at least 14 days since order date.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a dress three weeks ago and specifically chose a shipping option that would ensure it arrived on time. I waited the full 15 business days, and still, no package. To make matters worse, I never received a tracking number or any shipping updates, leaving me with no way to find out where my order is or contact the carrier.

I’ve emailed the company twice with no response. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable—especially since I’ve ordered from this site before and had no issues. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion. I won’t be ordering from this company again.

DO NOT buy from this company.

I wanted to return my item but I would need to pay the postage. By the time I did that I would be getting half of my refund. So they said for me to keep the item and they would refund me half the amount. I agreed. This was in February and now it’s almost June, and I still haven’t seen my refund.

Everyone please read reviews... I wish I had!! Cheap see-through material and you basically can't return. I have emailed with them daily and every day they say they will give me return instructions and address information the following day and they get 30% and you pay shipping. I've begged to just please let me return. I've threatened to leave a bad review. They don't care. Just know they have zero customer service and the material is cheap and see-through.... please save yourself time and money and don't buy from this "company"

Ordered on April 18, 2025 and just got noted it is to be delivered May 9, 2025. I assumed this was an American company, now I assume it is a Chinese company. I will not be ordering from them again. If what i ordered is crap, I will just take the loss and throw it away.

I made a order over a month ago and still no items or tracking number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM. THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND ITEMS. I have over 20 emails back and forth with NO awnsers. Thats the only way to communicate. And it's not effective.

Product did not fit, and trying to return reflects very poor customer service. Company offered 30% refund and let me keep the dress, but why keep 70% of something that doesn't fit. Then offered a gift card, but do not want to chance another ill-fitting product. Had to await a further email to get shipping/return information. I felt this company was evasive and dissembling and just did NOT want a return. They went so far as to ask me why I THOUGHT the dress didn't fit. Really? At 80 years old, I know quite well when something doesn't fit.

I would give zero stars if I could. The clothes come straight from China, is very low quality, and making a return is so much work, and is very difficult. I will never buy from them again.
