The company promotes "high quality" dresses and charges accordingly. This was not my experience. I ordered 2 dresses to Australia on Jan 28th.
The poor CS service experience began a couple of days later when I emailed to check the status as no tracking info had been sent. 8 email exchange trying to get a straight answer on what is normal fulfillment time. No straight answer but on Feb 5th I was sent an Australian tracking number with the assurance the order was now shipped. The tracking information said the label had been created but no updates for another 3 days. Parcel arrived and both dresses didn't fit and the material was a horrible polyester. They felt very cheap. Peeling off the Aus shipping label I found the original tracking number and traced the origin of the shipment to China. The dresses are of cheap quality and the fit was poor. Before ordering I carefully read the sizing guide and ordered based on that. Both dresses were large size but one was far too tight and one far too big.
Next step was the return for refund process. Another 8 email exchange to finally get the return address. First a series of offers with no obligation to return the dresses. It started (after I was very clear that I was not interested is a size exchange) with a 30% refund or a gift card for the refund amount (original price paid less the shipping). After refusal and asking for a the return address I was then offered a 50% refund with no obligation to return. Another refusal and direct request for the return address. Next came a offer to refund the whole amount less the original shipping and a $15 processing fee for each item.
Another refusal and finally they sent a return address in the USA (apparently the only return point they have in the world despite a deal with a warehouse in China). More back and forth to have them confirm the address as entered on an AUS post label (I wanted to be sure that there were no mistakes). I took photos of the returns and weighed it to have a record of everything as by now my trust was 0%.
The return made it back, I emailed right away and was told the refund would be issued and to keep an eye on my account. 2 more emails asking if I would receive a confirmation email when it was processed. No straight answer (just a canned speel about refunds X 2).
In the end I did receive the refund promptly on March 10th which I appreciate.
In summary, no dresses, out of pocket for shipping both ways and a 45 thread back and forth email exchange with one of the worst customer service departments I have dealt with.
Will be much more wary with these types of e-commerce companies in the future.

I ordered 2 dresses. When I tried them on neither fit and I ordered my size. I returned them exactly as they asked. It's been two months and I'm still waiting for my refund. BUYER BEWARE!!!

This skirt is perfect for cold weather - so warm and cozy! I do wish it came in a few more colors, though.
