Our neighbour decided to make a planning application to build a two-story extension with the ground floor facing wall being built on the Party Wall boundary. From our first contact with PBS, through Trina, I found them to be responsive, knowledgeable and efficient. The site visit made by Katie was well planned and thorough and all subsequent questions were answered promptly. Highly recommended.

We recently worked with Justin and Niamh for our Level 3 survey and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, they were professional, reassuring and incredibly thorough.
