I ordered six trousers and, when received, they did not fit - an issue of US vs. UK sizes. The person with whom I spoke on the phone was extremely helpful and I reordered the chinos whcih, when received, fit perfectly. The quality of the trousers is impeccable and I am very pleased with them and the service and attention I received.

I’m rating the phone right? Not the product at this time right? The phone call became confusing when closing the sale. Your catalog provided a discount code that your phone representative had difficulty in applying. What concerned me is refused to get a supervisor to correct this situation. Therefore, this will affect future ordering with you.
