I ordered Nov. 30 for a Christmas gift. The shipping page indicated that shipping was quicker for US and Canada than "International" so I didn't assume that I was getting shipment from China. After my nervous email on the 16th they sent me USPS tracking which indicated that it hadn't reached its origin office (in China) yet. Today is the day after Christmas and several emails later I still have the same response from the tracking! Still hoping we'll see the order sometime but I may be requesting a refund soon if this goes on.

When I ordered, it said it would be shipped USPS ground and be here by Christmas. I received a shipping notice 4 days before Christmas that it had just been shipped FROM CHINA!! Tracking info doesn't work.

Still haven't received my item after a month
I ordered it November 21. It's now December 22 and it is hasn't reached the post office in China yet. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. I wouldn't of ordered through them if I knew it was coming from China. Maybe they should alert you that it wouldn't be delivered for a few months

Not really sure they deserve 2 stars but they were never rude... LOADS of anxious people on Facebook waiting for orders, no indication that goods are shipped from China, my order eventually turned up (tracking number supplied doesn't work and it was just left outside my house) unfortunately, it wasn't the right personalised pet pillow - someones cat and not my sisters dog!... Luckily I had paid through PayPal so got a refund in full - they initially offered half my money back. I wrote a review on their website, clicked the necessary link to confirm email address but, unsurprisingly, it was never published.
