Ordered stuff 6 weeks before Christmas

Ordered stuff 6 weeks before Christmas. Got part delivery just before Christmas, another part after, some stuff still missing up to today. Emailed many times, no reply. Used messenger, where they're claiming to respond within hours, no reply. Posted on their Facebook page, they deleted most of the comments, complaints and posts. Their costumer service is non existing. The problem is that nobody seems to know where the company is based. Their own website doesn't gives you any information. They only chance to get money back is, that if one used a credit card, you're protected. If you used PayPal, they might help. It's a scam!!!

I ordered 2 custom pet pillows for …

I ordered 2 custom pet pillows for Christmas presents and were told they would be on time for Christmas. I received 1 12/26/17 and received the 2nd one 02/02/18. The pillows were ordered mid November prior to the cutoff so I would have them as Christmas gift and they were not Christmas gifts. I have been blowing up this companies email since 12/26/17 wanting to know where my 2nd pillow was. They would respond wait a few more days. I waited and when they failed to respond I a timely manner I contacted my bank with so I could get my money back, lesson learned will use PayPal from now own. I filed a report with my back the 2nd week of January 2018 and then I started getting responses from petninja. Well ain't that something??? File a fraud charge with your bank and get a response! Then they kept contacting me by email and OMG I received the 2nd pillow a month later. I emailed them once I received it and told them that I would NEVER purchase anything from them again and that I would deter anyone else from purchasing products from their company. Oh by the way I did find someone who made me another pillow and had it to me within 30 days. GO to Etsy and order from OdiOdiLT. She was awesome and kept in contact with me. I ordered another pillow in fear I would never receive the one from petninja and wish I have found OdiOdiLT first!!!!!
PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT ORDER FROM PETNINJA!!!!!!

I will never use this company again

I will never use this company again. I have not received my product and it has been almost 2mo. I keep sending emails and they are very slow to respond. I have been told that my email is forwarded to the production team and that is it. Please do ot waste your money or time with this company

I ordered two pillows for my kids in …

I ordered two pillows for my kids in November for Christmas. I received one in January- I just received the other in February. There was no effort for an apology nor much interest in my complaint. I will NEV!ER purchase from this company again. This is the WORST customer service I have ever encountered, not to mention how overpriced the product was based on the quality

they are a scam!

they refuse to refund me for 2 orders not received in 60 days (they basically ignore what i say and tell me they try to solve the problems with the order). one order was never received the other was a different product than the ordered one. it is a SCAM!

Upon Further Review

I originally posted about my experience with this company. It took me over 6 weeks to receive my customized pet pillow and as I ordered at the end of November, it missed MY Christmas date. I did receive the pillow the first week of January and my daughter loves the pillow! It was well worth the wait! And because I was not 100% satisfied with my experience (only due to it taking so long), they actually reached out to contact me to try to make things right and to see if I was satisfied with my product! Companies (especially new ones!) make mistakes and have growing pains; it’s how they treat their customers through all of that that matters. I appreciate their effort to make things right and will shop with them in the future!

WORST SERVICE EVER

Pet Ninja has the worst customer service ever!! I ordered two products and they took so long to arrive that I was surprised when they finally did because I had completely forgotten that I ordered them by that time. When I opened the package, they had sent one of the items I ordered but the other item was incorrect (I ordered an LED collar and got a seatbelt thing instead). I thought it may have been that I mis-ordered but I checked my emails and had clearly ordered the LED collar. I sent an email to the customer service address and attached my email with the order confirmation info, explained that I had received the wrong item, and even attached a picture of the items I received to prove that I had gotten the wrong thing.

After a week I hadn't received a response so I wrote back on the same email thread and said I still hadn't received a reply to my previous email (attached) about problems with my order. Both times I send these emails, I got an auto-reply saying my request had been received and was being reviewed. Another 3 weeks passed after I had sent my second email and I still hadn't received a response so I wrote back again, this time in a much less friendly tone. Two days later I got an email back saying: "Checking on your order: (order # here) it was already delivered on 22/11/2017. If you haven’t received it, please check your mailbox, around your house, ask your family and neighbors. If possible, please go to your local postal office and ask the carrier to help check further. If you already receive your order please disregard this message. Thank you for shopping with us. We look forward to processing another order from you soon."

Now I was really angry and wrote back telling them that they need to actually read my email - the problem was that I had received the WRONG item, not that I hadn't received anything. The next day I got a reply saying: "Good day, I hope this e-mail finds you well, sorry to hear the item you received wasn't what you had ordered, we're able to re-make your item but it would take a substantial amount of time, considering we have to re-process and re-ship the item, alternatively, if you can live with the item the way it is, we'd be more than happy to process a partial refund for you." I wrote back saying that I still wanted the item, even if it would take some time. A week later I got a reply saying that my request and complaint had been forwarded to the production team and they would get back to me. Today, (another 11 days since that last email) I got a notice from my credit card company saying I had been issued a $5 refund from Pet Ninja.

I made this order on October 30, didn't receive it until November 22 and it wasn't even the correct order, and then I had to deal with over 2 months of back and forth with customer service because my order was messed up, only to STILL not have them do what I asked or ever follow up with me about why I was given a PARTIAL refund instead of them just shipping the item I ordered. Basically, it was 3 months of total BS and it is still not resolved, all over a very simple and easy to fix error. I will NEVER buy from them again.

HORRIBLE product and the worst customer …

HORRIBLE product and the worst customer service. They sent me a pillow that was so badly cropped that the ears and one leg was cut off. The coloring was completely off that my dog that has a black face had a royal blue face. Ridiculous. They refuse to respond to my complaint and I have been tryig to get a refund for over 6 weeks. Avoid this scamming company from China at all costs.

dishonest company!

dishonest company!! I ordered a custom pet pillow, and asked them to crop the photo that was submitted, they asked me to just crop it on my end and resend the photo, so I did, instantly that same day. After that, they wouldnt answer my emails, they wouldnt verify which photo they had, and for 6 weeks I never heard from them, and the order came in...wrong photo...and of course they wouldnt respond when i complained. I would of canceled my order on day one had I known they couldnt honor the photo that was submitted. not sure why they told me to resubmit a photo in the first place if they were going to ignore it!

Pet picture pillows

I purchased two pillows with a picture of our family pet of 14 years that we had to have put to sleep in October. These pillows were Christmas gifts for our two children. 1) It took six weeks to arrive (AFTER CHRISTMAS OF COURSE) and 2) I only received one.
I filed a complaint with Paypal and the resolution from the company was to send back the one pillow for a full refund. So they want me to TAKE AWAY THE ONE PILLOW FROM ONE OF MY CHILDREN WHO ARE DEVASTATED ABOUT LOSING A FAMILY PET. The way to make this right is to either send me THE OTHER PILLOW I PAID FOR or give me 1/2 of my money back.
The pillow is BEAUTIFULLY made and I am very happy with the quality, but the customer service is atrocious and DISGRACEFUL
Shame on them

I paid for and ordered 3 pillows. I received 2. So one of my kids is out their very late Xmas present. They responded telling me the pillow was shipped separately. This entire order was ordered before Christmas and its months later. Still no pillow or respond.

DONT BUY FROM PET NINJA

I sent two separate photos of my dog - one vertical and one horizontal - I asked them if the photos were good for printing, and they had no problem replying to me that they both looked fine. I paid to have one pillow made of each photo. Instead they sent me back 2 identical pillows from the same photo.. one was photo shopped tighter than the other and one the color was washed out more than the other. I sent them my original order and their correspondence confirming that my photos were good - along with a photo confirmation that they messed up and sent me two of the same.. and they ignored me and ignored me and I kept sending and they'd reply occasionally with an answer that had NOTING to do with my question.. and they asked for photos, which I sent 3 times now. Its really like walking into a Kafka-esque scenario. ill never buy from them again and I will recommend all of my friends not to as well. There are other people that make pet photo pillows on ETSY.. USE THEM INSTEAD!!! This place is the worst customer service Ive encountered.

This website is terrible

This website is terrible, I ordered the customized pillow and several other little things from their web. First it took FOREVER for the package to arrive. Second, the pillow I received is not my pet, instead a random other animal. Third, I tried to contact the customer service, it was TERRIBLE. I contacted so many times, the replies were SLOW, and not being helpful at all. No explanation given, nothing at all.

I ordered 2 pillows

I ordered 2 pillows. Only one was delivered. I sent an email - then another one.. to finally get an answer more than 3 weeks later asking for a picture of the pillow!!!
So I sent it today and we will see if they finally send the second pillow....
But this also means that one Xmas gift was missed!
I had not checked teh reviews before ordering - big mistake - this is obviously company that cannot be trusted.
