I saw these comments about Pet Ninja and I really hope that I get my money back as I dont want to buy anything as you cant trust that you will get what you ordered.. I should have read these before even placing an order. Lucky I paid via PayPal and I hope that due to this it will be easier to get my money back. What a disgrace that they can still operate...

Ordered a hair removal glove in…

Ordered a hair removal glove in January, got an SMS saying it was shipped few days later, we are on March 21 and I never received it. Emails are useless, error message back, and I believe it is a scam. PayPal closed the claim because I was traveling and thought the item would be in my mail box when I return. Just lost 29 euros, no too bad, but I want to make sure nobody ever get caught again by those people.

Don’t buy from these CROOKS

They sell car seat covers for dogs that perish in the sun.
Literally turn to dust!! In one month!!
And they won’t cover this under warranty as their warranty on the product is only for interior use
Who drives a car in the house?
Are these people idiots??

I would NEVER recommend anyone shop with this company!!! I ordered 2 pillows before at the beginning of December 2017 as a Christmas gift to each of my children of their beloved pets that have passed. I was given a single tracking number, and when I received my parcel just before Christmas, I discovered only my daughter's pillow of her dog was included, my little boy's kitty was not in the package. He was absolutely devastated as was I. After months of pleading with the company to produce this pillow, and many generic reply emails from the company, I had noticed a credit on my CC from the company but no email from them to notify me that they can not produce the pillow. When I emailed them they only said that they cannot do it, not, hey, will do it up, can you resend the file, no nothing. What an extremely disappointing experience. Buyer beware, this is not a reputable company!

Does this company exist

Does this company exist? I bought 2 of the pet water bottles, they didn't work correctly and I sent several emails, no response and I want my money back. If you can find them please let me know.
I will never recommend them or buy again if this is how they do business ripping people off. So sad.

Does this Company even exits?
Ordered a dogseat i november 2017. 4 months later still not arrived.
Automatic e-mail messages to my questions.
They even send me a fake track and trace number and Where it was in the World. For 2 months ago it was in Denmark. My country - and it is one of the smallest in the World. Still not arrived. They LIE and LIE and LIE so much I could throw up 🤮

Glad I used PayPal. They helped me get my money back.
PayPal deserves 10 Stars ⭐️

THIS IS A SCAM

I ordered an item IN NOVEMBER.

It has still not arrived. I have been emailed and asked for a refund and where my product is, only receiving automated replies. Eventually someone replied to my email but said that "they will look into it" and thats all I get. My order was made in Mid november, its now March.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered a pillow from Pet Ninja. The picture I sent them was perfectly clear. When I received the pillow it was unrecognizable. They have refused to refund my money. Horrible quality product. Horrible customer service. Do not order from this company!!

Failure to deliver 5 of 7 items ordered and unacceptable customer service practices to resolve!

I was so excited to find a company that could do pillows of my cat! So excited I ordered 7 pillows. I receive shipping information mid-December and final delivery notification about six weeks after ordering just before Black Friday. To my dismay only two of the seven pillows were included in the package even though the shipping label clearly listed all seven. I emailed the company and provided pictures as evidence two days after receipt on January 2nd to notify them of the missing items and to resolve the issue. I then followed up with them after no response mid-January and still receive no response. They did not send a return communication to me until I filed a claim with PayPal. Despite opening a claim with PayPal they communicated with me outside of the resolution center. I kept following up weekly since you have 180 days to dispute the charge and they ate up 30 days with their no response during January. I then escalated the case to PayPal where they subsequinsultingly offered me a $75 partial refund. $75 is not even half of $181.95 this company has scammed me out of. While I was a lucky one to receive some product due to PayPal's practices I now have to return the product I received in order to receive my refund. Never in my wildest dreams did I think an order I placed in November was still going to be unresolved in March. Giving shipping time for the returned items I'm hopeful I'll have my refund in April. Do yourself a favor and avoid those company. Find somebody reputable even if it cost more. They are not worth the headache or the time wasted.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. Ordered 16th jan and I was told it would be 15-20 days delivery. Over 5 and a half weeks later of Beijing mostly ignored and sent fake shipping updates I receive a note from Royal Mail saying it couldn’t be delivered until I pay £20 customs import charge. Now I’ve seen pet ninja clearly state on Facebook comments to people they have had any issues with people having to pay tax. Yet when I emailed them they told me it was bound to happen... liars and scammers avoid!!!!

No service, still waiting since 19.01.18!!!

I am still wanting for my order from 19th January 2018!!! No service at all, no e-Mails answered. I try to get my money back, because I payed with PayPal. Hope it works... never ever again!!!

The same day I wrote this review, petninja Shop got in contact with me. My parcel was delivered but I didn’t got it. So they send my money back yesterday. That is why I now give three stars and not one.

It doesn't even deserve the 1 star!!! Ordered a customed pet pillow in November, still haven't received it. I have emailed them & they have said they tried to deliver it but I wasn't in so they sent it back too the seller, yet I never had a 'sorry we missed You' card through my door. I've emailed again and they said they will send it back too me and I'm still waiting. Absolutely shocking and disgraceful service definitely don't recommend ordering from them. I'm appalled at how long it's taking & the extremely poor customer service I have received. It's disgusting and not acceptable from a business!!! All I ask for is my pillow too be delivered or my money back.

Have given them one star only because a minus doesn't exist.
Very poor quality and awful service.
Ordered twi identical cushions for Christmas presents, one arrived in time, the other late in January. Both are of very poor quality but the second is dreadful.
Tried contacting on numerous occasions but when they did respond it was only to say "its on its way"
Steer well clear!

My name is Sheila Hartman, from Trout Creek, MI. I ordered (2) pair of "Pet grooming gloves" from Petninja almost two months ago and have to this day (Feb. 22nd, 2018), not received the product I ordered. I have sent numerous emails to their supposedly customer service department asking for information on my order with no response. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. Apparently they are thieves and have stolen my money. Hopefully they haven't stolen yours...I will do anything necessary to have them put out of business...

Got my pet pillow I ordered with my pet…

Got my pet pillow I ordered with my pet on it. It cost $35. The bottom had 3 holes ripping in the seam when it arrived. We called them right away. They told us to fix it locally. They will not refund or even send me another pillow. worst customer service ever. They come from China. There is no one to talk to on the phone. It is only by email.

Absolutely dreadful service

Absolutely dreadful service. I ordered a set of shedding gloves and did not receive the confirmation. After 11 days I sent an email. They responded with we sent a confirmation please be patient. It is now well over a month and I have yet to receive any confirmation. They are absolutely terrible service, I do not recommend them.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed! Ordered a customised pillow and other items and only received the pillow! Have battled it out with no resolution and very poor contact. Would NEVER purchase from this site and warn others not to. The pillow is okay, a little out of shape, just terrible service and would like to know why my other items did not show up!!!
