BUYER BEWARE!!! PetNinja gates are crap quality ... tried to return but they said they had to be sent to Bejing, China!! Here is copy of their email:
"Our company is based in HongKong China and never accept parcels, therefore, you shall return it to our factory based in Beijing China."
Of course they never gave any return address in Beijing so I emailed them back to ask for it ... no response.
DON'T give this company any more business ... read the reviews! I would have given it a zero star if I could have!

If I could give “0” stars, I would. Everything the other “one star” reviews have stated, echoes my experience. I received no confirmation number, no estimated shipping date, though they charged my credit card immediately. One month later, they finally told me (after repeatedly being told: you’ll receive it in a couple of days), that the item was out of stock and they couldn’t tell me when I would get my order! THEN I saw an identical ad on Instagram under a different company name. I immediately thought: have I been scammed? That led me to these reviews. I wish I had found these first! Fingers crossed that I’ll get my refund for TWO gates. :,-(

Worthless! Product. It does not work at all. The hooks came off the wall at all times. The little ears are not elastic so they can’t be easily be removed from the hook without unhooking it from the wall.

Not a bit like is advertised/shown. A bit of black netting, two plastic tubes that don't work/fit & some cup holders - no instruction. This couldn't hold back a flea yet along a 100lbs dog !

Product doesn't match description. The gate I got was cheaply made, flimsy and didn't work or look like the one in the video. The hooks didn't stick to the wall and the whole thing was unwieldy. Furthermore, unless you can prove that the product was damaged or is missing something, YOU have to pay to ship it back to CHINA (USPS $92!!). Stuck with a bad product that I can't use. I will strongly recommend to all my pet lover friends NOT to purchase anything from this company.

I'm willing to bet all the positive reviews you see are fake too. Over 2 months of emails and them saying the product is on the way and still nothing. Putting in my request with paypal to refund my money now. Will continue to bash this trashcan company any chance I get on all social media I have as well as a segment on my podcast. F U PET NINJA!

Worst company EVER I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased something from them. It's been 3 weeks, I had to ASK for a confirmation email, and basically they can't tell me when I will be receiving it, they can't estimate a delivery date. Good grief, in this day and age???? Hopefully if the item does finally appear it will be worth the wait. NEVER AGAIN

So far, so bad. I ordered the Magic-Gate on June 1st after seeing how great it looked in their ads. I felt like the price was decent, but after not receiving a confirmation email, I felt like something was fishy. Luckily I wrote down my order number and Pet Ninja took the money out immediately from my account. After reading the Shipping & Handling portion of their website, "We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. ", I figured I would wait until the end of the week before contacting them if I hadn't heard anything. I first sent them a message through the contact us portion of their website at 2AM on June 12 and immediately got a response back. I am almost positive it was a computer generated response apologizing for the slow response and that my order was still processing. I then called on June 14 and the lady (an outsourced call center) said it was processing but I should get a tracking number by Friday. Today, June 18 I called again and a lady told me that my order was still processing and she didn't know how long it was going to take so she was just going to cancel my order. At that point in time, I could tell that I wasn't the first unhappy customer she had dealt with for Pet Ninja today. She told me that it will take 3-5 business days for the money to show back on my credit card (standard), but she was about to hang up on me. Before she could do that I interrupted her and asked if I would get an email confirming the cancellation. She was hesitant and said that she could only supply me with the "ticket number". I wrote that down and repeated it back to her and before I could say "thank you for your help", she said have a nice day and hung up.
The only way I would give this company anything higher than 1 star is if I actually get my refund back. If not, I will contact my credit card company and they will take care of it for me. Please don’t make the same mistake as me and this not credible company.

Total scam, wish i had read the reviews before ordering from them. They took my money and never sent the items. They don't the phone when yu call customer support and IF they answer an e-mail they promise delivery but don't give you a tracking number or any idea of when they might get around to shipping it.

Ordered a pet gate over a month ago. They took my money but never sent me an email receipt, order acknowledgement, or tracking number. When I complained to customer support, I got a weird screenshot of a receipt (fake?) and no real answer about when I might get my product. Don't buy from them!!

They will not return your order if you aren't happy with it. Their website says if you aren't satisfied then you can return the product in 10 days at buyers cost. Customer service wouldn't give me the address to return it to, they kept telling me I needed to send them a video to prove that the item wasn't fit for purpose when I refused they just stopped replying. When I opened a complaint through Paypal they finally gave me the address but it was in China. They wanted me to post it tracked but the cost of tracking an item was £30 and I had paid £40 for the product! Their products are cheap and shoddy and their business practices are a disgrace. If I could give 0 stars then I would. Stay well away.

Pet Ninja will lie to you about your order, apologize for their crappy customer service, and then continue to treat you like crap.
Placed an order in December, never received an email saying it was shipped, if I had, maybe I would have noticed the address was wrong (my mistake). An accident on my side.
The item was returned, does the company contact the customer to see why it was returned?! No, they destroy the custom order and keep my money.
Then when questioned, they just say it was delivered. I asked for proof several times and all they say is it was delivered. I didn’t give up, then they finally admit it was returned and destroyed.
Jackie, the most fake apologetic rep, told me they’d make 2 new pillows and ship them for free. That was a lie. Now they say one pillow or a full refund. I want my money back. Then they say two pillows, I say fine. Then they want money for shipping. I told them enough with the lies, I want a refund.
Will they refund my money? I won’t hold my breath.

I bought the gloves and was a little worried that I wouldn’t receive them since everybody in here said they never did. I never got me confirmation on email, so I contacted the customer service and they send me all the papers I needed and apologized for being slow. I just got the gloves in my mail box (after 3 weeks, which I think is normal on these websides) and has already tried it on both of my cats. It works and they love it! Yay!
Not a Scam
I ordered a shedding glove through an add on instagram and as i never received a confirmation i looked on the web for reviews and found all these negatives. I immediately contacted them trough their contact form on their site and opened simultaneously a case with Paypal to get my money back. Both were successful, i got an answer to my contact information and to my paypal case. So in the end i received my good and can say that they are not a scam, even though the glow isn’t as efficient as publicised in the add.
The back office is just maybe not very well organised as are other web shopping companies.
