If you didn’t see the tiny print that states it takes 60 days to ship and if you want to return it, you have to pay for shipping to CHINA!! Unacceptable- I read the return policy and it doesn’t state that the return happens in China.

These guys are nothing but crooks. I ordered a ‘magic’ dog gate from them. The product arrived after 5 weeks with no instructions. The plastic hooks just fell off the wall. They advertise this product as a safety device except my dog nearly escaped on to a main road because of their pure negligence. Needless to say that they don’t respond to any emails/ Facebook/ Instagram posts. I’ll be taking this further before they kill a dog. Nasty.

I ordered the Pet Ninja Gate as advertised on FB. The product took five weeks to arrive at my house. When I opened the package there was a 5' mesh net, four plastic hooks, two retention rods and a sale flyer to purchase more items. There were no instructions or packaging slip. The mesh net is to big and the product will not work for where I want it to be. I reviewed the ad on FB three times and looked at the product I received and they are not even remotely close. I sent an email to Pet Ninja asking them how do I return of the product and get my money back. I have not heard from them and it has been two weeks. I called Pet Ninja at 1-917-746-7869. I was told by Bernie that she will send me an e-mail with the address as to where to send the product and she told me that after tens days of them receiving my product I will get refunded. The address is Zheng Haiwei at 4F West, Building 1 No. 65(Minqi Science Park), LiShan Rd. Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, Chine Post Code 518000. Phone # 13728747256. Now I have a couple of problems here. 1) How will they know it came from me without any packing slip. I could print out the e-mail stating my item has been shipped. 2) To mail to the above address it will cost me $17.85. (The product cost me $29.99) this is without a tracking number. If I want a tracking number it is more. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointed in the product and the return policy. I guess Pet Ninja will be scamming a lot of people out of their money. I think we should go on FB and spread the news about Pet Ninja.

After a lengthy wait, I finally received the Pet Ninja Gate that I had ordered. It was the biggest piece of crap I have ever seen! It was NOTHING like what was advertised, is totally useless, and I actually thought it had to be a scam when I received it!! In addition, it came with an overwhelming diesel fuel smell that I would never have let me pets anywhere near. While the price of the gate may seem insignificant to them, when you multiply it out by the many customers that may be out there that have fallen for this useless ruse and made the same purchase, that adds up to significant money for the Company, off the backs of unsuspecting customers. I emailed the Company and their response had NOTHING to do with what I wrote in my email! In addition, there was no offer of a refund or opportunity to return the item. Their response was that the dimensions were clearly stated in the ad. I never mentioned dimensions in my complaint. I would NEVER buy ANYTHING from them again!

I am very unimpressed with Pet Ninja. I ordered my item on May 1 after seeing a video on Facebook (Pet Deshedding Brush Glove) for $21.29 Canadian (not cheap but I felt that my cat would love it and it would be worth it)

On May 6, I received an e-mail from Pet Ninja informing me my item was in transit. May 16, I received an item stating my item was delivered. However I never received the item.

So I called Canada Post multiple times but even with the tracking item, they couldn't track it as it was an international (from China) inbound item. When I contacted Pet Ninja, they informed me that the item had arrived (however on the arrival information it only stated my city, not even my address so who knows where in my city it could be!)

We just received our Pet Ninja gate after waiting over a month for it to arrive. It is junk. The thing is HUGE! There is no doorway I've ever seen that it can accommodate. You'd have to put it over the doorway and half the living room. You couldn't stretch it or make it smaller in any way. So now we have this giant piece of mesh with four loops. The only thing I can think of to do is fold it over itself and sew it by hand. They say adjustable, but that is not true. Save your money. It's garbage.

I placed an order on June 1st and today is July 5th, I haven't received my purchase. I received an email on June 22nd saying that my order has been shipped but when tracking it, it says it's in a holding facility in China. I'm just frustrated that it's taking this long. I should have done more research on this. I would have never order this product if I would have know it wasn't American made.

They sent the wrong item and wanted me to pay to ship it back to China. They claim to be in California. Do not shop at pet ninja

If there was a minus star I would give this company a minus 5 star. The worst company I have dealt with ever. Dreadful service. No communication on receiving payment. Tracking didn't work. Took ages to reply. Product totally not like the one advertised. Instructions non existent .. Mis sold pet gate. Get told to watch you tube video for instruction which did not work and told thls item is different to one supplied. Absolute con.

I would give this no stars if I could. This company is a fraud based in China. I recieved my gates after a month of fighting with them to ship the product and when I finally recieved it it was not at all as advertised. The gate delivered is not the gate in the commercial. They would not let me return the product for a refund. The ad says it can hold up to 100 lbs but it cannot hold back my 12 lb puppy without unraveling or the hooks flying off the wall. The rods are plastic and not strong like shown in the ad which appear to be metal. When the gate was finally installed it is very slack and my puppy pushed right through it. Additionally, it is impossible to get through the gate easily without unrolling it. Definitely not the easy walk through as it was promised. The hooks also popped right off the wall and in a few cases took the dry wall off with it. The add says this gate is damage free but now I have a hole in my wall. This product is the definition of false advertising.

After over a month I just received my 4 pet ninjas. There was no tracking my package updates. I am extremely disappointed.

The product is flimsy and are not well constructed. Every time I try to add tension to allow the gate to be strong and secure the hooks fall off the wall. The product does not provide a strong barrier to separate my animals. I try to make the gate fit my smaller space so I roll it up. In the commercials it looked like I would be able to easily adjust my new gates. They do not adjust nor give a firm divider.
I am not happy with this product!

*UPDATE* - I contacted the customer support. The person Ran was very helpful. I was given the mailing information to send back my $108.00 purchase. Since I was “PLANNING” on sending my purchase back, I went to the post office. I saw how much it was going to cost me to return these items back to “CHINA” $68. So my refund would have ended up being $40.
Talk about beyond frustrating. I will be more mindful of purchasing anything from China!

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM PET NINJA AGAIN. I ordered the magic pet gate. I also had to reach out to them when I did not receive the gate within a few weeks. They did reply to me right away when I emailed them asking where my gate was. I did not know this was being shipped from China. Once I received it, I realized it just doesn't work the way they describe. First I was not allowed to select the size. Then the sticky hooks don't stay on the wall. They are very poor quality and actually aren't the best setup to make the gate effective. I asked to return it knowing the deal was I would have to pay shipping charges. They agreed to my return and sent me the return address to China! Well...the shipping charges to China costs start just below the price I paid therefore it doesn't make sense to spend more on shipping than I get on a refund. This company sells and ships directly from China but charges customers a price you would pay in the US market however the quality and effectiveness are very low or non existent. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN.

This is the worst service I have ever received. First of all I bought a product and they did not even send me a confirmation email, I had to do their job and follow up so they would do so. Not very difficult to do right? Then they took one month to supposedly ship it. It has been a while week and I still do not have the prodict. I will NEVER EVER buy from this place again. They do not have their business together and lie about their delivery time period. It should not take more than a month to get a product in the US.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered. Not a scam company as such just poor quality and it says 'extends to 1.8m' it is 'actually' 1.8m so as others have said, you need to cover alot of the wall & not be able to reach it to open and get through! Also very flimsy so could easily be chewed, knocked over, pulled off the hooks / hooks pulled off the wall. Shame as I'm sick of using baby gates 😣

This is an INTERNATIONAL scam. The videos and website show an extraordinary doggy door, one you can use easily. I ordered 3, took a month to arrive. I opened the package and found 2 yards (each) of the type of netting you would use to put in your yard to hold back mudslides or mulch. When I attempted to reach the company, they were slooooooow to respond, I contacted PayPal and told them the problem. They sent me an address in CHINA to return the garbage, the cost of shipping would exceed the cost to the items--and they KNOW that. PayPal is working on it with me now. DO NOT BUY FROM PETNINJA. THIS IS AN INTERNATIONAL SCAM.

If there was an option for less than 1 star I would use it. I ordered the Pet Grooming Gloves in early May and still have not received the item. Their website says the item will be shipped out on the 3rd business day after ordering with delivery time in the US 7-15 business days. They provide an overseas tracking number that does not work. When contacted, customer service confirms that they are unable to track the package, but "rest assured" it is on it's way and will arrive any day. I have been in contact with them since the 25th business day after I received my shipping confirmation and they have changed their story from my item has shipped, to we're overwhelmed with orders and it will ship very soon, back to it was shipped previously but we don't know why it hasn't arrived yet. They refuse to issue me a refund without me refusing or returning the item which at this point I doubt I will ever receive. Save yourself the $30 and the stress and DO NOT EVER BUY FROM PET NINJA!

Ordered May 23. Been calling and emailing back and forth and still no product and no refund!

Ordered a month ago and my order just finally shipped. Customer service was a joke they didn't help me any of the times i had to call. Not looking forward to see the bad quality of the product.

I just received my pet ninja gate. Because I have a smaller dog, I think it would work well. My plan from the minute I ordered was to get the 3M removable hooks that won’t damage your walls. However, it’s a complete waste to me. Probably my own fault, but this thing is so wide I actually cannot use it where I had intended without it covering a good chunk of the wall, light switches included. If they made a smaller size for standard doorways I would probably try it again.

they ship the item out after 3 weeks of waiting and is coming from asia so it will take another 2 weeks..
