I ordered a pillow back in November and it was supposed to arrive before Christmas. I know sometimes shipping delays happen, so I wasn't terribly upset - that was until I opened the package. Pillow was printed on cheap material and looked like a 2nd grader put it together. There was barely enough stuffing in it to call it a pillow. It was supposed to be printed on two sides and it was not. I used paypal to pay for it, so I went through their dispute system. Basically, after sending emails and pictures, they wanted to credit me back $3 for the difference in the one-sided printing plus a few extra $. After sending them the info they wanted, I had to escalate the paypal claim to get them to respond again. After way too many emails and too much time, I got a $20.99 refund on a $48.99 piece of crap. The day I got my refund, the pillow went in the trash. Do NOT do business with this company...but if you're going to, pay for it with a method that allows you to dispute the charges because I guarantee you'll need it.

I ordered a pet pillow made and I sent a clear, bright picture of the dog. I received a pillow that is so dark in color that you can't even tell what the picture is. I asked for a replacement or a refund. They offered me $12.99 to settle the matter. I refused since I paid $29.99. Next, they said they would refund my money ($29.99) if I returned the pillow. It would cost me a minimum of $64.00 to return the pillow, so I can't do that. l've just lost my $29.99. I discourage anyone from using this company.
Terrible
Terrible. My package was never delivered and immediately shipped back to Pet Ninja. They have no customer service number and just keep sending me an automated email reply saying “contact your carrier to pick up the “package”, which isn’t an option since the package was shipped back. I just wanted them to reship the package I paid for or send me a new one. No one helped.

Recieved my pillow today & I absolutely love it. It is a lovely keepsake of my Toby dog who went to rainbow bridge nearly 2 years ago. I would highly recommend them.

I ordered 6 pillows on November 26th with our dog on them as he is very unwell, they were for Christmas Gifts also, no sign of them at all except a tracking number that went to Germany instead of New Zealand then returned to China. I have now received a new tracking email
with the old tracking number saying it is in China as of Dec 6th. If I go to my account the DHL tracking number showing there takes me to TNT and that tracking number is for the UK. I thought I was ordering from the USA still no pillows to New Zealand have just emailed however after reading these reviews guessing I won't receive a response.

I’ve tried emailing their customer service but I never receive a response. Very disappointed that I wasted my money on this order. ONLY one pillow arrived. I paid for 2 different pillows $65.98! I have sent emails to the company 3 different times, with NO response. They have no customer telephone number available because they do NOT want to deal with customers. They only want your money.
Paypal is no help either. They do not stand behind transactions like amazon does. I will no longer do sales through paypal either.
