Placed an order for $15.99 on Nov 19, 2018, no receipt of order received, send email, receive an apology and notice they are behind, order not received. Send email again and I’m given only a partial refund of $2.99 on Jan 11 2019, as to why only a partial refund I have no clue

Absolute joke. Ordered 20th November and never got any reply or confirmation of purchase. First time being scammed. Right before Christmas too.

Took money immediately, but no confirmation email until I contacted them a week later. Then, item took 6 weeks to arrive, and then it was with a photo of some animal I have never ever seen in my life (a dog; I have a cat).

What a disappointment!! Placed an order December 8th from Doggie merch. I dont know where to begin after placing order and money was taken out . I recieved an email saying there can only be one subject on the moon light . I replied stating I only put amount of description allowed . Again another email this went on for weeks. I put clearly what I wanted on it and said please call me its s gift for xmas. After 6 emails back and forth a guy named Ran said when we say subject it means only 1 person in picture can be done. I thought are you kidding me. Another email sent to them on about the 24th of December telling them now that you ruined xmas for me it was my only big gift for wife and kids he replied stating he will forward request for refund. What a disgrace.

Waste of time and energy. Do not purchase from them. I placed an order on November 21st expecting a nice Christmas gift for my wife of her child like doggy. It is January 1st, 2019.. still no product. I have spent the last few weeks chasing down through email the status of my order(because there is no clear phone # to reach them by). I do finally have a tracking number but this entire process has been beyond ridiculous. I may leave another review once the product arrives. (Which doesn’t have an arrival date)

Awful company! Do not waste your time or money. They never sent me a confirmation email, even though they processed my payment right away. They did not respond to my emails asking for a confirmation number until I threatened to dispute the charge. Took over a month to get the products. The quality is poor and definitely not worth the money.

I don’t even want to give them one star they go under several different names doggy Murch and other stuff they send you fake emails from basic templates they give you false order numbers and made up tracking numbers they will not answer your calls at the answering machine save yourself the time and the money and I’m more importantly the stress because they hope you give up

BE CAREFUL. It’s a scam - they’ll take your money and never deliver. After pressure from PayPal, they’ll tell you to deal with their “affiliate”, Doggie Merch. Both are scams and i’m now trying through PayPal to get my money back.

FAKE website, FAKE merch, FAKE tracking number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. SAME as Doggie Merch, PawLibra.com.

Just like everyone else on here, I was scammed. They took my money and then never responded to my emails. I have contacted paypal and the BBB.

This company is a scam. I placed an order and never heard back. No response to email inquiries. I will be contacting PayPal and also reporting them on Facebook.

i put an order in over a month and a half ago, got no email confirmation, decided to email them to see what was going on as i never received anything.

they told me they have no order in my name.

I have updated my review as my order has arrived. It was a frustrating time as I could not easily track it. I did find that customer support did follow up on my enquiry though. For the cost ..i dont really think it is value for money but my granddaughter will have some cute cat ear socks

Well. Ordered an item for Christmas for my daughter on November 24th. I've sent them 2 emails, still no item. Glad they didn't take me for more than what I did spend... CROOKS

So wish I read reviews before getting involved Bought what I believed was a Set of 3 fridge magnets for £12 inc p&p expensive but thought worth it if help to keep my dogs safe What a disappointment turns up in bag marked set of 3 1 number but Only 1 magnetic card contacted them several times but they stuck to their claim I only ordered 1 AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE THEY USE TRICKERY TO SCAM U OUT OF YOUR MONEY!

Sent me a used product and tried to sell as new - FRAUD
Non-existent customer service.
Somehow they should be struck off as a clearly fraudulent company making money with appalling products that font work, are cheap and nasty

I wish 0 stars was an option. I bought their magic mesh gate. It's a piece of crap. There is nothing positive to say about the product. Loops ripped off, hooks supposed to be holding the gate are stick backs! The mesh material is ridiculously cheap. The worst part they want me to ship it back for a refund to China! They also ask for the original packaging which was the shipping box that was recycled when it arrived. Customer service is a joke!

Should have read the reviews beforehand, they are true. Don't buy anything from this site.
