Poor Customer Service

I placed an order on 1st October with a deliver date of 10/12 days. Nothing received as of 30th October. Sent a chaser email and have had no response. I even raised it as a complaint and still haven’t received a reply.
Extremely poor customer service. Will not be using this company again.

Cat beds

The reason I rated a 4 instead of 5 is bc the product did not work out for me. HOWever, not only did they offer every possible option to keep me happy, they refunded my money and allowed me to keep the beds and donate them to a local shelter if I wish. Sometimes customer service is more important than a product and this is one of those times. I definitely recommend this company!

Cats love moving water…….and this is the solution

I put the Cat Fountain together and Willow, my Silver tabby, looked at it quizzically, walked round it , then put his head under the water flow, jumped back and walked round it again. Then, the cat equivalent of a ‘penny dropping’ had him slating his thirst happily. Money well spent.

Great cat beds and responsive to emails

My first cat bed was perfect and when the second donut cst bed arrived and wasn’t as good the pet pressies team were responsive to my emails and so helpful. I could not have asked for more from them and would recommend them to friends.

There was an issue with delivery which…

There was an issue with delivery which was down to royal mail placing it in a cuboard outside my property but failed to put a card through my door or send a text/email to inform me it was arriving/ arrived that day.
Therefore I had no idea of knowing it had been left in that cuboard so thought it hadn't arrived.
When I emailed pet prezzies I had a prombt reply, they tracked the order number straight away and were very helpful. Due to excellent packaging the bed is in good condition and my kitten loves it. Thankyou pet prezzies.

MISSING ORDER - AND NO REPLY TO EMAILS

I've ordered two beds and only one arrived. The tracking site seems confusing and I get no answer from emails sent to Petsprezzies as to the delivery of the second bed. My mother is very distressed as these are for her elderly cats and they are not cheap. I wish now i'd sourced locally for her. UPDATE: the second bed has now arrived - and I have received emails from PetPrezzies, but sadly the quality of the second bed was not great - uneven stuffing in the sides and a great lump of stuffing in the middle of the bed bit. The person who emailed me was most pleasant though.

All of us happy.

Great website. Easy to order. Value for money. Excellent customer service and my cats are super happy with their beautiful Marshmallow Cat Beds! I have bought various cozy "beds" for my cats over the years but NEVER have they been so happy and content, kneeding and drooling over their ultra soft sleeping quarters. Much as I love my two sleeping with me, it is nice to get a break and stretch out once in a while. Stylish too, so looks great with my living room decor.

Great customer service

Great customer service! Due to unforeseen circumstances I no longer needed what I had ordered and they were gracious enough to refund me. They could have said no, they could have been difficult but instead they were kind and as a result I will definitely shop with them again and recommend others support this pet friendly business

No complaint from me!

Ordered on 16th Jan, requested tracking information on 27th as the link I had wasn't working. Got a response in under 24hrs and received the beds an hour later. Fur babies love them so I'm happy!

Marshmallow Dog Bed

These beds are amazing, customer service is amazing too. I have ordered 2 cat beds and a dog bed. The wrong size was sent to me by mistake I was offered a full refund and to keep the bed as well. Amazing

Above average product.

I'll admit, when we first recieved the bed, it didn't look great as it was packed tightly into a plastic packaging and look dishevelled when we unpacked it. However once we sprayed it with cat nip, our cat has fell in love with the bed and has since moulded himself into it and now looks more like the pictures you see on the website. The bed itself seems soft, though its not the highest quality. Delivery time wasn't bad either (once I realised it was from China!); we ordered on the 28/12 and recieved 06/01/21.

AWFUL SERVICE _ STAY WELL AWAY....

I ordered 5 pet beds on 6th December. Website states postage by Royal Mail and receipt within 7-12 days after dispatch. Order confirmation received stated dispatched on 6th November. On 23rd Dec I queried why not received within the timescale and why tracking showed not dispatched. I asked them to cancel the order as they would be too late. They then sent me Royal Mail tracking numbers which showed goods just dispatched 23rd December - the day I chased and cancelled. The goods were received on 31st and 2nd Jan . I emailed them to say no longer wanted and quality is awful - very cheap looking and not at all like the image on the website. I emailed asking for a returns address and returns label. No response so will be pursuing with paypal and my credit card company. Steer clear of this company as their service is dreadful. Further to the reply below from PetzPrezzies. Royal Mail Tracking shows dispatched 23rd. I asked for a returns address and was asked if I would accept a reduction to keep them as it would be very expensive to return them as not based in UK. After case raised with paypal they did provide a returns address in Uk but I had to pay £9.50 to return them tracked to prove delivered. Once tracking showed delivered paypal refunded 2 days after the goods were received back and thay had reviewed the case. I would NEVER deal with this company again.

Disappointed

I really wished that I had read the reviews before ordering a Christmas present from here. Ordered on 9 December and did not arrive. Emailed them on 19 Dec and told it should be with me soon. Needless to say it did not arrive and goodness knows when it will come. Actually don’t want it now as I had to go out and buy one which is what I should have done in the first place. Lesson learnt. No point whatsoever having a tracking site as Pets Prezzies say themselves it’s not accurate.

Good Customer Service

I ordered a bed at the beginning of December and didn't receive it until 3 weeks later because of Covid issues. As it was a gift and too late to post on for Christmas, I emailed the company.
I promptly received a complete refund which I was pleased with.

I ordered a marshmallow bed for my cat…

I ordered a marshmallow bed for my cat on Monday. I thought it was a UK based company. I am very concerned to read the many reviews saying how long the beds are taking to arrive. I had no idea they are coming from China. My confirmation email says 7 to 12 days delivery via Royal Mail, so I assumed they were being dispatched from the UK. Don't think I would have purchased if I knew the full picture.

What a nightmare

What a nightmare, the bed took nearly a month to arrive. Absolute rubbish, it smells of a strong chemical odour, badly constructed.
And to add insult to injury there is no way you can contact these people, as all the email addresses comes back as invalid.
Take my advise don't bother wasting your time and money.

Sometimes, people find the fresh-out-of-the package smell a bit off. So as for cats, they have a heightened sense of smell. You could try to hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle, and tumble dry on low heat.

Products are from China, returns not possible as too expensive!

I ordered a cat bed which took three and a half weeks to arrive. It was squashed into a small bin bag. I wanted to return as it arrived too late, I had to buy one elsewhere. Here's the best bit - despite stating that they are a UK based company and that they accept returns within 14 days, you have to pay return postage to China, making returns so expensive that it's not worth it. As a 'gesture of goodwill', they have offered a 50% refund and I quote from their email:

'We’re out of the UK, so returning it will be costly.
If you’d like we can issue you a 50% refund back to your card, and you don’t have to send it back to us?'

Please check Facebook where people have asked if the company is UK based and Petsprezzies have said they are. Refund policy means nothing if a return costs more than the items that you have bought.
