This company does not appear to be a UK stockist of product. From my experience they simply act as middle man and drop ship from China. As a result you place an order and it takes 2 months to arrive direct from China. Website, email updates and tracking systems are all poor and put together on a shoestring. I would not recommend based on my experience

Dont Buy from This Firm. They have Taken my Money Ages Ago And Still No Cat Bed. They keep Saying it's on it's way, Really !!?? I'm Reporting This Firm. Think it's a CON

The cat beds are as described. Well made good quality and good value. Delivery service was excellent. As is the price. Recommended.

I recently received my cat bed from Pets Prezzies, although it took a while to reach me (it came from China) I was able to see it's journey day by day using their "Tracking" system. When it did arrive it was exactly as described, lovely quality and my cat absolutely loves it.

Wished we had read reviews before ordering the marshmallow cat bed. we are still waiting too for ours to arrive, quick enough to take money from our bank though!!! have emailed them twice only for our email to them not being accepted. so how do we get our money back from our bank and going to get in touch with trading standards?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Paid £30 for a cat bed. Still waiting for it to be shipped after weeks. Estimated delivery is start of December.

Emailed customer service and no response. Impossible to get hold of and no phone number to call. Useless

We waited over 2 months for our order and after 9 emails requesting a refund we gave up. We reported them to trading standards and requested a chargeback from our bank and got our money back. According to trading standards and distance selling regulations, retailers have 30 days to deliver. Pets pressies lied and misled us with ridiculous stories about new delivery methods and supply problems etc etc. I hope they get no more business. Dreadful company. Non existant service. Zero integrity.

I order two marshmallow beds for my cats on 5/10, it is now three weeks later and I still have no idea when my order will arrive! I’ve asked several times when my order will arrive and all I get is a link to a tracking app saying it has left an airport in China!! If I knew these products were coming from China I NEVER would’ve ordered. I’m going to raise a dispute through PayPal. *update* I have emailed you several times already and you keep fobbing me off!

Ordered after reading good things on social media. What a fool I was! Took 18 working days to arrive but they claim they are a UK company.
When I asked about my order for the 3rd time they sent me a shipping note from China which said it had just arrived in the UK. It literally came the next day and it is rubbish.
Very plasticky fabric with long patches of bald areas and the stitching has caught the feathery fronds into the seams.
Reply to Pets Prezzies - I will email you the pictures of the marshmallow bed.
I won't be returning it though. Firstly I have to pay for the return postage and to receive a refund I have to return it in an unused condition with the original packaging. You state 'once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify of the approval or rejection of your refund '
Your packing has to be ripped apart to get it open and you say you only exchange if defective or damaged which is neither. Its just very shabby and very poor quality.
I am putting this down to experience and definitely won't purchase anything from you again.

This company imports from China so be aware as it isn't advertised. I ordered the car bowls, delays on delivery times and I raised through PayPal...despite a proof of delivery being submitted and tracking but no signature due to C-19 I didn't actually receive the bowls that I ordered.
I expect that I only received responses, sent outside of PayPal incidentally due to me raising through this forum otherwise I probably would have gone unanswered.

I bought one of their marshmallow beds 2 weeks ago ahead of winter for my two cats. They both love it and won't leave the darn thing! Speedy delivery. Overall happy. Thanks

Purchased a Large pink marshmallow bed for my 3 year old siemese, she absolutely adores it!

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a marshmallow cat bed for my kitten, as soon as it arrived I opened the packing and noticed it had brown marks/bits stuck into the fur which smelt. I emailed the customer service including pictures the same day. I was told a refund had been requested but had to be ‘approved by management’, 10 days later I am still waiting. I’ve chased this and had no reply! Very poor customer service and completely unacceptable that I have been sent out a dirty used cat bed that now has to go to in the bin.

My cat absolutely loves this bed,it's beautiful, so cosy and soft for her,she's 16 years old and she's so contented in it.It did take a while to arrive, but well worth the wait, was kept up to date with delivery times and my email was answered straight away. Very well reccommended, will use this company again.

Received items today, two weeks from placing the order. The bed though very soft was thread bear in places and smelt very strongly of chemicals.
Items arrived in a black bin bag.
The bowl set was poor quality and did not reflect the look of the set on the sellers website.
Very disappointed with my order.

I bought one of the cat marshmallow beds about 5 weeks ago just after a house move. My cat was showing signs of stress at that time. I have to say if I didn't drag him out of bed these days he would stay there permanently! He really loves it. I have washed the bed since and it washes and tumbles very well. I have now ordered a second one to have it in another area of the house. - spoilt cat!-

ZERO STARS. ITEM APPARENTLY IN CHINA. EXPECT ME TO RETURN IT AND PAY POSTAGE IN ORDER TO OBTAIN REFUND !!! WELL I HAVEN'T EVEN RECEIVED IT !!! REFUND PLEASE.

Cat bed finally arrived after 3 months......
Very poor quality. Cat won't go near it

Finally after 91 days received my order, very disappointed in the quality of the cat beds, very different from the 'plush' pictures shown on advertising! Very thin, sparse fake faux, you can see a lot of the plain, white bed material under it in the actual doughnut section that the cats lay in, don't think I would risk washing either, have a feeling the faux would disintegrate and the whole shape/structure of the bed would collapse - my whole experience from order to delivery to quality of goods from pets prezzies has been an extremely frustrating, stressful and disappointing one. Minus stars would be awarded if it was possible.

Shocking service. Bought a cat bed on the premise that I could return it if my cat didn’t like it. The bed took 2 months to arrive and I have now had it for 3 months and my cat has never touched it. I still have it because I have been in an email battle with this company numerous times and they refuse to give me a refund. They said I can pay postage myself to return it and then they might issue a refund if they deem it in good enough condition. Absolutely hate the bed which is stuck taking up space in my house as the cat won’t go near it. This company lies and is absolutely useless. AVOID.
