Avoid this company at all cost

Avoid this company at all cost.
I have been waiting 2months for my order. I had to initiate a PayPal dispute to even get a response from them. They have refused a refund and are blaming couriers. My tracking link is in Chinese and has not changed/updated for a month. I’m now leaving it in the hands of PayPal and have escalated. Bunch of crooks and not a legitimate business.

Just so you know, orders made in May and early June have been affected due to 2 issues.

The first was a production fault in our line that delayed the dispatch time of our products, this happened right in the middle May. The second was a new shipping method we were testing in June, which was supposed to get your order to you faster and avoid Covid shipping delays, but it didn't work as we hoped.

Since late June we've switched courier companies and are delivering within 12 days, we've also updated our tracking site which is showing much more accurate information to help you know where your order is.

Please accept my apology for this delay.

Scammers and crooks

I ordered my item at the start of may, I was told 20-25 days due to covid delays. 2months later I'm still waiting. They refuse to let you make complaints and lied about where they are based.(I have s reenshots and evidence of everything) They also stopped replying to my emails because I reported them to trading standards, Who are now investigating. If that doesn't tell you how dodgy this company is I don't know what will. It took me weeks of complaining and showing them up on social media before they would give me a refund, even though I sent them a copy of the consumer rights act. Avoid this company like your life depends on it

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. They are appalling at delivery and customer service.
I placed an order on 5th May and they took payment immediately, I am still waiting for my order... which hasn’t even been shipped yet.
I have asked for my money back but they won’t refund me, they ignore me instead.
If you order from this company do so with zero expect of actually getting what you’ve ordered

Reported these scammers to trading standards

EDIT: I have never experienced such HORRIFIC customer service in my ENTIRE life. I bought a bed off them in May. I contacted them a week later when it still hadn't even been dispatched, was told it would be another week until it was actually even dispatched so I requested to cancel the order as per their website refund policy. THEY DISPATCHED IT ANYWAY AND HAVE REFUSED TO REFUND ME. After waiting for almost three months the bed turned up. I have spent those three months going back and forth with customer services demanding a refund, sending them links to the consumer rights act etc... Eventually they agreed to refund me in full plus the cost of returning the bed. But SURPRISE SURPRISE when the bed turned up, I can't even get a reply from them about returning it.

Two days ago they offered me a 20% refund and I get to keep the bed. THIS IS HORRIFIC. I replied saying that I wouldn't accept anything less than a 50% refund and they said 'Only if you remove your trust pilot review' - HOW CAN THIS COMPANY GET AWAY WITH THIS?!

I have now reported them to trading standards and encourage everyone to do the same.

Literally having the worst experience with this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Placed an order for a cat bed on 8th May, by 18th May had not had a dispatch notice so emailed support. The website states that all orders are dispatched within 3-6 days and expect delivery within 2-3 weeks. Understood there may be delays with the current global climate but was told by support that my purchase wouldn't be dispatched until the end of the week (so around 22nd May, two weeks after purchase) and would then likely take longer than 20 days to arrive. Making the delivery time more like 5-6 weeks!

As the bed hadn't been dispatched and would now arrive far too late (our new cat is arriving on 27th May) I asked to cancel my order and get a refund - I got no response - then miraculously, the bed that wasn't possible to dispatch until 22nd May, was dispatched on the same day that I requested a refund. Meaning that the company is now refusing to give me a refund because 'it's already been dispatched' - funnily enough, there is no tracking info when I try to track the package so I don't believe for a second that it has indeed been dispatched.

What I believe has happened is that when I requested a cancellation and refund, they instead decided to fire a dispatch note so that under their refunds policy, I was no longer entitled to a refund.

The only way I can get a refund now is to wait until the package arrives and send it back to them within 14 days.

I am truly disgusted with the way this company has handled themselves. Fortunately, I paid via PayPal and have now opened a case with them to get my refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM PETSPREZZIES - ALL of their products you can buy from Amazon for less money and faster delivery.

Where is my order

Where is my order. Placed order on 03 May. 15 days now- nothing. sent 2 emails and contacted on facebook. No response. This is just disgusting!!!

Where is my order - anyone there??!!!

I put an order in with this company nearly a month ago and there is no sign of the product. I’ve sent 3 e-mails of which 2 (one over a week ago) have gone unanswered. The delivery tracker is useless and has not worked from the start. I understand there may be delays in the current climate, and I don’t usually bother with reviews, but blanking your customers once they have paid is not on.
