Yet again excellent service from this company that we have been using for a number of years. We were faced with a dilemma due to one of our dogs becoming unwell and approached PP for their help. Joanna was our ‘Pet Concierge’ and boy did she not disappoint! Not only was her support very rapid, she went out of her way to understand and respond to our issue. If only all companies took such a ‘can do’ and empathetic approach as Joanna and her company do. Thank you so much and without doubt we will be using PP again.

We have used pets pyjamas on several occasions and have always been impressed by how nice the accommodation has been. Too many times you find the accommodation is below standard because you have a dog. Joanne was very helpful and promptly followed up my queries 😀

I made my first enquiry with Pets pyjamas , and found the search very usueful . I did have a specific question about the room we wanted , and Ashley checked it out and got back to me very quickly . He also sent emails , offers and information. I appreciate feeling I have a consistent person looking after me , and the fast response. Very please with the price too !

The holiday we had before was the best UK break we have had. A lovely hotel and super dog-friendly and for this trip coming up, I had questions on some things and Joanne was able to help/advise on every question without claiming something she didn't know the answer to, some things she then came back via email after checking and clearly I like this as we have already booked a second getaway.

We used Pets Pyjamas for the first time to book the Fox and Hounds Country Hotel in Devon. The hotel is set in a beautiful and remote location with lovely grounds. The interior is quite dated and the room we were given was not as expected, very tired with tatty furnishings and no basic touches you expect. There was talk of bowls etc from the website and other reviews for the dog in the room but we had nothing at all for him, lucky we took all our own. There was a single shared towel in reception but why would anyone want to use that! The door of our room did not shut properly and you could hear other guests in the rooms either side and in the corridor, we spent the time in our room whispering as a result. The team were very welcoming but our dog quickly became overwhelmed as he could not relax in our room nor in any of the public spaces. Nobody would give him any space. Sadly there were several dogs off leads in the grounds and one attacked our puppy leaving him very nervous of other dogs since. We booked with a meal plan but the £35 supplement would not cover two courses and an alcoholic drink. When our dog would not settle in the restaurant we ended up having to sit in a separate room following complaints and continuous glaring from other guests who did not have a dog. Unfortunately as our dog was so overwhelmed and we were made to feel so unwelcome by fellow guests, we left just 4 hours after checking in. The staff tried to provide solutions to make us stay, by moving us the next day and letting us dine alone for all meals, but we felt this was more about money than our pets wellbeing and this experience has put us off of wanting to use pets pyjamas again or indeed, stay in another “dog friendly” hotel. We were offered a complimentary return stay but after such a negative experience and being made to feel so uncomfortable that we could not stay, it was insulting to be offered this as clearly non of our feedback was taken on board!
*UPDATE* - 50 days after our stay we have finally been refunded following reopening the matter with another and much more understanding, customer service representative at pets pyjamas.

When I asked for a quote it was sent through very quickly by Joanne. She detailed everything we wanted and was quick to send through an alternative price when we changed the dates.
I will definitely not hesitate in using them again.

I found a lovely little hotel through petspyjamas for a short stay with our dog Milo. Booking online was very easy and had a quick response from Zahraa who was dealing with my request, i had difficulty paying but after a phone call it was promptly resolved and all booked.
