He was so helpful, explained all my options without any judgement of my situation, and guided me through applying for an IVA. He took away all of the stress associated and was always on hand to answer any queries. Would absolutely recommend anyone having any money worries to reach out to him and get advice.

I’d been struggling with debt for a while, which spiralled even more during COVID. I, like some of you reading this, had been putting off seeking help, probably through embarrassment of having to explain my situation to someone.

From the first phone call, Paul put me at ease, and made it so easy to open up about everything. I felt a weight had been lifted, just knowing this guy was in my corner, wanting and willing to help me. Gave advice on all my different options, explaining what steps to take next.

Such a cool guy to talk to. Genuinely cares about your situation, and you as a Person. Nothings too much trouble.

Kept in contact with me throughout, and was always available to answer any questions I had.

Paul is fantastic at what he does. He gives genuine advice and support, and cares about your situation. Everything goes through him so there's no worry about being passed from person to person in a call centre. He genuinely made me feel at ease and was transparent enough so that I was confident the debt management choices I made were the right ones for me.

Brilliant, independent & non-biased advice but the best thing of all is Paul’s ability to make you feel relaxed & more ‘together’ about the whole situation.

Can i just say what a great person Paul is. Outstanding service, nothing was ever too much trouble. My debts were spiralling out of control and for the first time in years I feel happier that things have now been put in place, I feel like a weight has been lifted.

I reached out to him to ask a question. the way he responded to my question made me open up about another problem which had been pending. Paul answered my question and sent useful links which were helpful.

At no point did I sense impatience or being judged. All I got was a person who was a perfect mix of caring and professional.

Paul helped me feel like I could breathe again! I’ve never had a debt advisor who actually made me feel at ease or treated me like a person before.
Paul took time to get to know the reasons why I was in debt and advised me on the best way to help me get out of debt. He made sure I understood everything and no question ever seemed too stupid.
He’s always available to answer any questions and really put me at ease and made me feel like I could take control back of my money situation, 6 months ago I thought there was no way out of this nightmare and now thanks to Paul I feel like there’s hope again.
