disgusting company. continues to harass me about someone i have never heard of by phone and email. despite me telling them until I am blue in the face that I am not this person they continue to call me repeatedly. absolutely disgusting i will be making a police compaint

From the initial phone call to the last, everyone was courteous, polite & took time to explain all the details & processes required. Special mention to Adam who took the time to allay my worries & explain the situation & what would happen next.

The staff were very polite, and expressed condolences. They were very sensitive in putting questions to me. They were able to give me peace of mind.
I’ve had enough of being harassed
I’ve had enough of being harassed by this firm. They began by contacting me every couple of months about minor cc debts (£5k) of a deceased member of my family as I am the executor of the estate. The estate has taken a couple of years to settle for legal reasons but despite telling them this they now leave messages and harass me every other day. I have emailed and asking them to stop but they have just ignored me and keep harassing me. I get that they’re only interested in the money but a) it must be costing them more than they’re getting to pursue this debt with all the phone calls and time spent and b) is completely unethical. If they don’t stop I will go to the Law Society.
