My Father passing away and balance on credit card

Donna called me and explained the reason for her call, also asked me questions to determine the outcome of my dad's credit card balance.
She explained everything very clearly to me and we both discussed issues surrounding my dad's passing away and my mums payments for funeral and I learnt a lot. She was very helpful and caring. Thank you.

Matt was very respectful and very professional

Matt was very respectful and understanding of my situation and helped me resolve my predicament with a positive and calming attitude. He explained everything clearly and understandable.
My problem was resolved very quickly and dealt with in a very professional manner.

Supreme Service From Donna

I was very fortunate to have my call answered and handled by a super lovely lady called Donna.

Professional and sympathetic…

The person that called to deal with my mother’s estate and possible money owed was understanding and sympathetic. The issue was dealt with promptly and was overall a pleasant experience. I felt I was in good hands thanks to the professionalism of the caller.
