Qality products, delivery needs improvement

Qality products, good choice, website a little sluggish.

Delivery needs tweaking - I palced order on Friday, next day delivery would mean Monday, phonecall to sercice centre confirmed that; but order was not ready for dispatch until Tuesday. If that is how Parcel Force works, let the customers know so they can make better informed decisions.

Customer service is priority in China, should be priority here in the UK as well. Stop playing catching up.

Hi Chris,

Thank you very much for your feedback!

We will speak to our web developers about speeding up our website, if you could provide any further feedback about this please email marketing@phoenixmd.co.uk.

In regards to delivery, I checked your order and you placed it at 16.13 on Friday which missed our 14.30 cut off time, see here for more details: https://www.phoenixmd.co.uk/shipping. We have this cut off time in place because our couriers arrive at 16.30 each working day, so naturally orders placed later in the day may not make this deadline.

I hope that this all makes sense, feel free to get in touch if you have any further queries.

Best regards,

Laura
