All of the instructors were welcoming, friendly and patient throughout the course.
They made the experience a lot more relaxing and the instructions they gave were all clear and easy to understand.

Top team! They teach like is so natural and friendly. Also, lots of usefull advice which I didn't receive the 1st time tried the CBT in another provider.

I’ve just passed my full motorcycle licence test and couldn’t have done it without this brilliant school. I had multiple instructors at different stages, and each one brought something unique to the table. They spotted my issues, helped me fix them, and did it all without making me feel stressed or anxious. I’m extremely grateful to the entire team for their support and patience throughout. Highly recommend!

The team at Crystal Palace were fantastic - great communication throughout. They were enthusiastic about getting us on the bikes and out on the road to gain real riding experience. Our instructor gave clear, easy-to-follow guidance, and I really enjoyed the whole day.

He is absolutely professional, patient and ensures to fine tune your areas of weaknesses. I have been lucky to have him as my instructor and thankful to him for transforming me into a confident driver on the road. I have passed my exam in first attempt and truly enjoyed entire experience of learning.

Very patient instructors that actually help to learn. Also Went through every part of the course thoroughly with the intent of teaching and not just rushing to get it all over with.

I did my CBT, mod one and mod two with Phoenix crystal palace. The instructors are fantastic and really friendly. I was able to pass first time thanks to their training, help and tips. They are also really great on the phone and willing to talk through all the options for taking the full license.

The best motorcycle school, all instructors are really helpful and supportive . I would recommend them everytime

Completed my CBT with Marc and Sam, and all I can say is they are two living legends! Super professional and knowledgeable, yet keeping things interesting and funny (and tones of banter). Day well spent, and at the end of it you feel fully confident and competent to go out on the road, staying safe and keeping the others safe.

My instructor Pete provided the right balance of advice and time for me to practice - which meant that I achieved all of my objectives in this half day ‘back to biking’ session. Great bikes too!!!

Nic and Wynne were both brilliant instructors, cant recommend them enough! Will be returning soon to do my DAS.

Went all the way from CBT to full license over 2 years.

Both the Crystal Palace and Sidcup were perfect for learning.
