Paul my instructor did a fantastic job getting me through the course so patient with my errors and mistakes and also the way he taught everything to how to get comfortable with the bike it was just fantastic so much appreciated

Absolutely brilliant, they looked after my son so well and gave honest feedback and support for him throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them.

From the word go, I was made to feel at ease for both my mod1 and mod2 training. Will and Sean were really positive and laid back. They were really great instructors, picking up on areas of improvement and providing the guidance to make that improvement. When it came to the tests, I was so well prepared that it felt really straightforward. Thanks guys!

1st I done a try ride with Marc, which I highly recommend so you are ready for CBT.
Then I done my CBT with Steve & he was fantastic. Highly recommend Phoenix.
Looking forward to booking a big bike try ride next!

Passed my CBT today and couldn’t be happier. Marc was a brilliant instructor—friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and helped me feel confident both on and off the bike. Instructor very knowledgeable but yelling instructions for the 2 hour ride through the radio increased the likelihood of error. It was not usually clear who he was telling off as he didn't use names and therefore the error likelihood increased. Disapointed as have never had this experience before with Phoenix.

Instructor was very helpful in teaching all the basic skill. With clear instructions on how to do it and how to improve on it.

Completed my CBT at Cwmbran. The staff were all friendly especially our instructor Dylan who was great at explaining the manoeuvres, where I was going wrong and how I could improve. All round very supportive. I had a great day and would highly recommend them!!

Recently passed my CBT at Cwmbrân. Before I started I’d never rode a motorbike before, my instructor (Dylan - big shout out) was so thorough and explained everything so well. He was also very good when we got to the actually motorbike riding and eased my nerves. Would recommend this training course to everyone.

Very friendly even though it was 33c heatwave they was brilliant when it came to safety making sure we was in the shade and had breaks due to the heat thanks Dylan and kia

The CBT training was well organized and easy to follow. The instructors were patient, professional, and focused on safety throughout the course. The practical riding exercises helped build confidence in handling the motorcycle

Everyone was kind and amazing, they help me a lot and explained everything so finally I have my cbt. I recommend them, amazing people and so helpful

I had to have an extension on my initial CBT as I was a complete novice to riding, The first experience was a bit difficult for me but the instructors where patient with trying to get me to understand the parts of riding motorcycle that I found confusing. It was clear that I wasn't able to safely go out on the road first time around but I was encouraged that all I needed was a bit more time for the sake of safety and comprehension.

I was told not leave it too long between continuing and was advised to do a 1 hour Pre-CBT so the skills I did manage to learn don't fade. Which I did and it was a great help to me getting my head around the things I struggled with. This allowed me to attend the continuation of my CBT with renewed confidence and thankfully pass!

The instructors that I came across where all welcoming, helpful and polite, Had time for everyone attending and tried to keep us all engaged and involved as a group even if some of us needed a bit more guidance than others. I will 100% be using Pheonix to complete my DAS in the near future and I definitely recommend it to others.

They teach you the right thing and they will make sure you do the right thing,
They provide a good quality service and good communication.

The instructor was really good at his job and different how he teach me when training me in the past ie alot better this time I'd rather go back to phoenix anytime 19 out of 10

Done my CBT with Phoenix Motorcycle training. Had a long pause in riding and was abit nervous and rusty. Chris the instructor took the time to instruct and teach which gave me the confidence and ability to be able to pass the CBT. Thanks for a good day and some great laughs along the way! Would thoroughly recommend the company and will be looking to come back to obtain my full bike license.

I had a really positive experience completing my CBT with Liam.

I already had some riding experience, but what really stood out to me was how Liam supported another learner on the day who had very little experience. He was 19 and clearly still building confidence, but Liam was patient, calm, and really clear with him throughout.

Nothing felt rushed. Liam explained things properly, gave reassurance where needed, and created an environment where both experienced and less experienced riders could learn at the right pace.

The training felt professional, safe, and supportive from start to finish. I left feeling more confident on the bike, but also genuinely impressed by Liam’s approach with new riders.

I would definitely recommend.
