If I could give 0 stars I would. After 18 months, £4000 pounds in legal fee’s, a court case in which phoenix declined to attend, numerous solicitors letters which they ignored and a team of high court enforcement agents later. This week we finally receive the refunded money from this horrendous outfit that call them selves a dealership. The car they sold to us was inspected when we received it and had numerous mechanical faults. After avoiding us we decided to invoke our legal right to return the vehicle and at this stage it went silent.

However this drama still isn’t over. After completely blanking us and our legal team for 18 months. Phoenix suddenly found our contact details and turned up at our house to take the car away.
1 day after they are now demanding money by a set date for a missing manual to the vehicle.

An absolute disgrace of a company, stay away at all costs. The stress this has caused me and my partner is indescribable… STAY AWAY!

The Phoenix RC sales team really helped and supported me in making sure I get the best deal possible, especially Luke, Always available when needed, he was very supportive and always willing to answer all my questions. Even after getting the new car, the support didn’t stop, still continued to check on me to make sure I’m enjoying my new car. Would definitely recommend them.

This review comes a little late for various reasons. My first contact with Phoenix RC was a little disappointing initially – nothing to do with them, simply that I was a few hours too late making enquiries about a car I saw on Auto Trader. Someone had beaten me to it and a charming young lady, Ella, who was very apologetic, let me know that it was no longer available. So, it was back to my search and found another couple of suitable vehicles. But then, a couple of days later, a call out of the blue from Ella to say that my first choice had become available again. I paid a holding deposit & made arrangements for a viewing. The car, a Mazda 6 Sport Nav estate, was immaculate and I had no hesitation in agreeing to buy. Luke, my sales contact, made everything so easy & answered any questions I had. There was one little hiccup in that the car I wanted to trade in was deemed unsuitable. Phoenix RC took it into their workshop & put it up on their ramps. Their mechanic explained the reasons why they could not take it. This just strengthened the impression that Phoenix RC are careful about the quality of vehicles they handle. It was all very reasonable but it made a mess of my deposit plans. Luke was very apologetic but said that all was not lost & made a couple of phone calls. To cut a long story short I managed to sell my car for cash to someone nearby thanks to Luke. Back at the dealership we completed the finance formalities & arranged to collect my new car a couple of days later. Since then, I have been enjoying this car and I am very happy with the whole transaction. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Phoenix RC Ltd to anyone.
Oh, and the complimentary coffee while viewing the car & completing the paperwork wasn’t bad either!!!

Phoenix set a very high standard of customer service. They effortlessly make your buying experience a joy. Special mentions for Luke & Ella. Buying experience and post sale contacts keep you well informed. My wife and I really felt we are still valued as customers. The car was spotless but their Ops Director insisted on it being washed pre test drive. He washed it personally. This business is a class act. Highly recommended.
