Unbelievably good service at Pheonix.
Recently purchased a car from pheonix RC Automotive and all I can say is wow. From start to finish I bothered there sales team for 8 weeks. I changed the car I wanted and they did not bat an eyelid. Anything I wanted they asked they were extremely polite and professional. Picking up the car was effortless. The atmosphere of the team there is incredible. If you are looking for a car to buy I'd 100% recommend this company!

Great company, knowledgeable and helpful
Although we didn’t fall in love with the car we went to view we were really impressed by the way our enquiry was handled. There was absolutely no pressure on us and no hard sales, Luke just made us feel really welcome and if we had loved the car we would have felt extremely confident buying from Phoenix, they were all very friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help.

The vehicle was well presented when we arrived for a test drive, the salesman, Luke, was very helpful throughout the process, including helping to resolve a problem in taxing the vehicle post purchase. A good buying experience all round - I can recommend them.

Stolen Vehicle
I had previously left a good review...things have since changed. The vehicle I purchased from Phoenix RC turned out to be in fact a stolen vehicle. Phoenix RC have since been unresponsive in finding a solution to this since the Police impounded the car they sold me. This dealership clearly did not take any due diligence to ensure the car they sold me was in fact legally owned by the previous owner.
Response to Phoenix RC: Since this is the only platform you respond to my issue on, I have had no choice but to leave a review. This issue was raised with you in the beginning of May. Since then, I have not heard of a solution or even seen a copy of the "relevant policies and procedures" you apparently follow in these instances. Happy to include the police case number in my review for anyone who would think this is "inaccurate and misleading".
If only you would respond to my emails as often as you respond to my review, perhaps we would have made some headway with this. The fact is you sold me a car you did not legally own. The resolution is simple under the Consumer Rights Act, I am entitled a refund. Hopefully you will respond to my emails and we can come to a resolution.

Follow on: The policies and procedures that need to be followed in lines with the UK Law and Legislations are internal to the business and we are not obliged to disclose these to the general public. You reported the issue one month ago, however as anyone can understand, this is not a simple matter and it is impossible to resolve something within a matter of weeks. We are FCA registered, trading standards approved, AA Trusted, ICO Commissioned. We have been trading for years and have never sold a 'Stolen' vehicle as all cars undergo HPI checks through a verified system prior to being listed. We are happy to communicate with you as we have done, however it will not be a daily update, as we are ongoing with the investigation and will update you as and when we have information to share. Chasing us on the matter will not speed anything up or help us come to a conclusion any quicker. Bad reviews and pressure from yourself, again will not speed up or help the process either. We are here to work with you to ensure that we do all our due diligence in relation to this current matter that you have raised. As again mentioned, this review at this stage is inaccurate and misleading as there is evidence that needs to be ascertained from various perspectives and the staff are required to put daily tasks on hold in order to investigate this matter for your benefit, which we have been happy to do so and are continuing to do so. If you could kindly reply to us in a timely manner also as it has taken you as long as a week to get back to us when we have provided you with updates previously. Thanks, Phoenix RC Automotive

Until the investigation has reached it's conclusion it is not as simple as 'I am entitled to a refund' as mentioned, we need to collect all relevant information related to your complaint, we have other parties that we need to work with to ensure we come to the correct and accurate conclusion. We are not willing to discuss this matter via a review platform. This review needs to be removed, as for a third time it is currently inaccurate and misleading. First Class Agent and Perfect Vehicle
My sales agent Luke was fantastic! After I called in to enquire about a particular car, Luke was on it. Firstly he sent me a very clear video of the vehicle. Then he sent me a vehicle specs sheet.
When I advised him that I would like to purchase the vehicle, he was very helpful in assisting to to arrange payment and collections date. He kept me updated with the vehicle prep work and on collection day he was fantastic!
The vehicle is absolutely stunning and in perfect condition! I am very happy and will definately come back to Phoenix RC Auto for my next vehicle

Very good cars and limited premium cars. I am happy with the car that I purchased. Luke is a very honest person. He shared a video of the car with all the details that includes minor scratches, which would not have identified by me. I recommend Phoenix for your next best used car.
