Excellent service and communication throughout the whole process

I recently purchased a car from Phoenix RC and it was the easiest and most respectful experiences of buying a car. We spoke to Luke who was so helpful from start to finish, no pushing or pressure to buy anything and allowed us to look around a car freely. He answered every question confidently and told me everything I needed to know. Once I bought the car it was very kindly delivered for me as I live locally, all on his day off. I absolutely cannot recommend this place enough because of how easy the whole process was. Thankyou so much!

Sooo easy to deal with, fantastic communication and clearly a company that wants to do better all the time. It’s not often you find a service orientated company with a car dealer and Maj knocked it out of the park. The experience was a joy from start to collection and it keeps going from there…looking for a decent car company to trust? You’ve found one!

The welcome and the professionalism from Luke was first class.after seeing the car for sale on auto trader he sent me a video, when I arrived to view the car is was exactly as described. It wasn’t the most expensive of cars , but I was treated as if I was buying a Ferrari. Can’t praise them enough. Will be back.

What stood out in glowing splendour however, was the personality and work of Mr Luke Barrat. In every way during my negotiations and purchase of a Mercedes GLE 400d Luke was there at every step of the way giving superb guidance and advice too.
A more sharp, 100% knowledgeable, genuine and helpful individual one could not hope to meet in the car sales arena - I am 64 now and have not experienced the like of this to date!
I can only wholeheartedly recommend Luke and his company to whosoever may choose to engage their services.

Luke was very supportive, good knowledge of the car I was purchasing and supported me with my many questions (I questioned him on a lot). I was diligent with my checks of the car and Luke supported throughout.

He was transparent with any minor scratches on the car and completed a video walk around both exterior and interior before I managed to get over in person.

I would give zero stars if I could. Purchased an Aston Martin Rapide in early October 2023, within a week the vehicle started to vibrate aggressively whilst braking, I returned to the dealership and told them the front/rear discs and pads were worn out heavily and dealership tried to brush it under the carpet saying its the ABS and brakes were fine when this was not the case. I took the vehicle to Aston Martin Dealer in London and they have provided a VHC and came across hidden faults that were present at the time of sale but wasn't disclosed such as engine oil leak, corrosion on gearbox cooler pipe & exhaust heat shields, lied about recent service with Aston Martin dealership, last service record was from December 2020. Sold us a faulty vehicle and not fit for purpose. I bet the dealer will respond to this review with their usual boring message ‘blah blah blah’ but I can say I have been communicating with the dealer but they have been ignoring me most of the time and don’t want to accept any liability. Trust me! Stay away from them, better go elsewhere. I’ve uploaded pictures of some of the faults found by Aston Martin Dealership.

Purchared a E63 from these guys, Maj had the car ready within a couple of hours to collect on the same day. Ran into some minor issues with the car but pheonix got me straight in the next day and sorted the issues with the coolant tank no questions asked using genuine parts from merc and all done within a few hours. Cannot have asked for a better experience from offering to deliver the car to extending my Warrenty and providing free 12 months breakdown cover. Will be purchasing all my motors from these guys going forward!

Great service, easy going, fantastic selection to suit all budgets. Definitely buy from Phoenix RC again, looked after by Maj & Luke, all the best guys, Rich.
