I had a horrible experience with Phoera products and their customer service made it even worse. After using their makeup, my lips reacted so badly that they bruised instantly and I tasted blood — something I’ve NEVER experienced with any cosmetic brand before. It was genuinely frightening.
When I reached out for help, the customer service team was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely rude. Instead of apologizing or showing any concern for my reaction, they acted like it was an inconvenience to them. Their only “solution” was for me to return the products at my own cost, even though I spent over R2800 and had no way of knowing which product caused the reaction. Absolutely no empathy, no responsibility, and no real assistance.
For a brand that markets itself as safe and reliable, their attitude is shocking. I will never purchase from Phoera again and I strongly advise others to be careful — both with the products and the company’s terrible customer service

Damaged item
I received my order and whilst I was happy with the other products one item was badly damaged. Appreciating this may have happened during posting, I emailed them. I have tried emailing 3 times and messaged on instagram and have had no response. I now have a product I cannot use.

I was sent the wrong colour
I was sent the wrong colour. I didn't realise this until I had opened the package, which was crushed when recieved. When I contacted customer services they told me they had sent the right colour and was I happy. I emailed again and said I was unhappy and wished to return it. They said they couldn't accept opened packages but I could purchase the right colour for 50% off and keep both bottles!!! What an absolute disappointment!! Its a lot of money to lose for a product that is wrong and cannot be returned. I will never be buying from you again. Poorly done!

I am 78 and still like to look presentable and groomed. I have brown age spots/sun damage and some red areas. I have never in all my many years of wearing foundation found one expensive or otherwise as amazing as Phoera. I use both foundations, full coverage and the lighter one in a tube, depending on the occasion.
Since internet years I have bought many foundations with many promises. All BS Finally I found Phoera which does what it says and the colours are great.

Fast delivery and great products
NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE
They do not have a customer service department so you are out of luck if something goes wrong. I received the incorrect color and they basically did nothing, said too bad you opened the shipping box - yes the shipping box !!! So we can’t help you. I said how am I to know you sent the wrong color ? Any way they then ignored my emails after telling me to order again. NEVER AGAIN…Poor customer service gets you nowhere today.

Missing items/Lack of response…
I ordered 3 foundations on 20th March but only 1 arrived.
I contacted customer services immediately and got a response 2 days later apologising and told they would resolve this as soon as possible.
After 4 days of waiting I emailed again to only receive another apology and again was advised the items would be sent out along with some free samples.
After another 4 days of waiting I emailed yet again to be told they were sent on 27th March. I was advised they would check with the dispatch team and get back to me.
To date, 15 April, I am still waiting for a response and my missing items costing £20.97 but only received 1 foundation (£6.99).
I have used this website previously and have never had a problem but waiting 26 days since ordering and no satisfactory result from my complaint is not acceptable.

Since writing the above review I have emailed them again on 27 April and to date, 01 May, I have had no response or received the missing items.

PhoeraUK responded on 16 May asking for my reference so they can look into this matter so hopefully after 2 months I may get a positive result from my dissatisfaction. Only time will tell!

Update - they finally got back to me to say the item was out of stock and they will refund me. This is totally untrue as I ordered the same item earlier today but the have tripled the price, it was approx £4, now £10?
I ordered ages ago and despite contacting the company I've still not received my goods.
They asked for additional information which I supplied and have chased up again, still nothing.
