Cons: Company cancelled order without telling me - apparently technical issue. New order placed with promised delivery date that came and went. Even got tracking number but package never marked as delivered to Royal Mail although company claims it was. Online Chat and phone never answered. Get the sense it's a side business that is legit but that is not taken seriously.
Pro: I did get a prompt refund both times, and he was reasonably responsive via email (although as above, the credibility of the story is in question -- why give a refund if you claim you actually delivered it to the post office?)

Phone supposedly to be delivered on Tuesday, go onto the website to track it and it was labelled as trash. Appears very much to be a scam website.

49" Monitor screen was described as "Grade A Open Box", "Like New Condition", "Opened but unused. Fully tested, cleaned, and includes all key accessories - just like new, at a better price."

The reality was, there were multiple scratches and chips to the monitor back and stand and a small patch of brightness at the bottom of the screen indicating damage to it. There was no power supply lead included in the box, no screws to attach it to the stand, no cable cover panel and the information stickers had all been removed/worn off.

I was told i could return it at my own cost if i wasn't happy with it, then, after i referred it to Barclaycard Phonedge did arrange for it to be returned and refunded in full.

I tried cancelling my original order, as soon as I had concerns, but didn’t get any response from this company.
My card has been debited, although I contacted the card issuer while the payment was pending.
Unfortunately the payment has still gone through.
I’ve now raised this with the card issuer while ( very well known company) and made a claim against this debit under section 75 of the regulations/law.
THIS COMPANY STILL ADVERTISES TECH FOR SALE, INCLUDING GAMES CONSOLES, PHONES AND TVS ETC.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANYONE LINKED WITH IT.

Terrible company communication shocking they don’t answer the phone, only reply to emails. Been nothing but stress ordered the top of the range Samsung soundbar they had advertised they sent out an older lower model which wasn’t worth as much as the one I ordered, made out they didn’t have mine in stock. I sent it back straight away. They messed me around with my refund sent out an email saying it could take upto 14 days. I didn’t receive it so had to contact my bank to get it put back on my credit card. Don’t know why I gave this company a chance after the bad reviews off other people. They are scammers don’t use them yes there prices are nice if you receive what you ordered. No one rips me off and gets away with it!!!

I paid £200 for a TV that never arrived.
It was apparently delayed but then they claim to have sent me a refund that hasn’t been paid.
So I am down £200 and they seem to have a bot responding to be emails.
No phone contact possible, no TV and no refund

I also placed an order (30th August). Payment was taken but no order reference provided on the confirmation screen or confirmation email received. I have tried contacting my phone, live chat and email with only automated responses trying to pretend I will be contacted. And yes have checked my junk folder. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Overall a good experience; the only issue was that shipping took an extra day

Got an instant confirmation email and tracking info, no guessing game.

I ordered a 65 inch TV.. I was searching for tvs and it popped up at a good price. I paid for the TV via apple pay and received no email communication at all. I have sent an email and rang and there is no one responding 5 days later. They have taken my money and there is no order number or anything. PLEASE AVIOD SCAM SCAM. I have told my bank and will raise a CRN.

I placed an order on Tuesday and have paid for a TV, I did not receive a confirmation by email so I contacted them via chat. I received a reply Wednesday and said it has probably gone in my spam folder, I’d already checked this & it hasn’t. So emailed via info email address on Weds and no reply. I have no order number confirmation & no idea if this is going to be delivered? I’ve tried calling several times but no answer ! Hoping this isn’t a scam website as mixed reviews, I will leave another day then contact my bank to report it.

As previously stated on 3 emails I’ve sent I have NOT received an order confirmation via email in my spam, hence no order number!! I have tried contacting you several times but it’s just going to a voicemail, I have also sent another message via chat but NO Response!

I really want to buy from here but the reviews are terrible. Besides I have sent a couple of communications beforehand to try find out how the phone looks like...but no feedback in three weeks...kinda a turn off...Signs Preceed they do not follow.

I placed my order on 26th August (order number 39156) and received pretty promptly a confirmation the order has been processed and that it was scheduled for delivery on Weds 3rd sept.

In a day and age where most suppliers can deliver within a day or two, this seemed a long delivery period and so I sent a note to customer support asking if there was any way of expediting - I'd managed to drop my old phone in the middle of a lake, so was completely stuck and needed the new device quickly.
I received no response at all.

No huge deal, I'll just wait. As sept rolled around, still no tracking details sent, so I emailed customer support again just to ask if it was still due on 3rd. Again, zero response.

3rd comes and goes, still no communication. Tracker on the phonedge site shows the order is still "processing".

I don't (yet) believe this is a scam site, price is great, but do not order anything here that you need even reasonably quickly or if you have any expectation of communication, which is beyond extremely poor. Will update in next couple of days if anything changes.

Phonedge did contact me immediately after my first review to apologise and say that unexpected circumstances meant the phone was delayed by 7 further days. Ok, fair enough, this happens. However still no further communication from them given that 7 days would expire tomorrow. I don't think this is a scam, but it is the most dysfunctional, uncommunicative company I've ever dealt with.
Come on phonedge, this is just unacceptable. Tell your customers what's going on! You're getting slammed on trust pilot repeatedly, this has to hurt your business!

SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

i ordered a PS5 on the august 26th 2025.my order hasn't arrived yet as at 2nd September 2025.today i had an email it has been delivered yet nothing has arrived. Total fraud WHEN you call they don't pick or reply emails.

Absolute worst took 2 a half weeks to deliver a PS5 to Yorkshire and when it arrived it has a faulty pad avoid at all costs

Been trying to contact Phonedge re my order of a mobile phone, which they advised would be arriving today as I have not received the tracking info they promised. Can't get an answer via phone, email or their messaging service. Will be taking further action if I do not receive my phone.

Was billed £399 for qled TV

but bank of Scotland has now refunded me
