I visited the Falmouth shop today full of anxiety as I needed to replace my mobile phone and had never done this before. Rashid (apologies if I have spelt this incorrectly) immediately put my mind at ease and patiently talked me through my options and explained the various processes. I cannot thank him enough and will be very happy to recommend him to family and friends. I know I will return if I ever need assistance again (I did tell him he wasn't allowed ever to leave!!!). It is so refreshing to receive such excellent customer service.
We had great service from a very patient young man, who went to a lot of trouble to make sure two older customers got exactly what they needed in terms of an accessible mobile phone. He persevered even when the sim we wanted to transfer created problems. Two very happy customers who will be back!

Product order #1019 arrived broken. Phone number on there website isn't correct because i see way to many numbers on my screen. They ignore my e-mails and this was alraidy before the customer service was unavailable. Now im getting over my 14 days time and still they are ignoring me. I want my money back and wanna now if i can send this crappy controler back for free or need to throw it in the trash can...but no contact seems possible...i keep sending e mail because i want my money back because its unfair. I can recommend everyone to skipp this store. Its the baddest experience i ever had with a onlinestore in my life. I orderd 21/07 and its alraidy 25/08. If they keep ignoring my emails i need to take jurist steps but i prefer a money back option...they just don't answer......
took my phone into the Eastleigh store on Tuesday 5th March, it needed a new charge port which took nearly 2 hours to fit. But since the repair, the home button stopped working so we had to go back to the Eastleigh store again all the way from Portsmouth on our day off, to get it sorted. After having that repaired the speaker does now not work on the phone !! Haven’t had any apology, disgusting lack of customer service !!

Mis-sold me goods that were not fit for purpose.
When I went back to the shop in Eastleigh I asked for the manager. The guy behind the counter told me Callum was the boss. I asked to speak to him and was told I couldn't. I asked again for the manager and was told Callum was the manager and somebody else (forget the other name) was the boss.
Eh?
Ok so i asked if I could speak to Callum and was told he wouldn't be in until the following day come back then.
I went back the following day and saw the same guy behind the counter. I again asked for the manager I believed to be called Callum only to be told he was on holiday!!!!
When I asked why he told me to come back then he just kept repeating he's on holiday.
Ok so the elusive manager/boss/Callum was on holiday so could you please help and the only reply I received was the same rehash I had been hearing for the last 15 minutes.
Refused point blank to help me, refund me or replace the item.
Stupid me should have read reviews on other sites about this firm, they have a very bad reputation in most of their branches. - Lesson learned too late for me.
Please save yourself time and effort and go somewhere else for your mobile phone gadgets. STEER CLEAR UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!
Trading standards will be investigating this company and I will be opening a case with the ADR people.
