Ive had a great service from entertainment box the Q boxes i have purchased have all worked with no problems bar one they replaced the box no questions asked overall a happy customer

I can't get 4k movies to stream i cant find a working mobile number to contact for support e/b 8tv model....

Bought a tv8v box paid top money could hav got it a lot cheaper after a while I kept getting jingles when u were watching a film on kodi.every tenn minutes very anoying and loud tried emailing entertainment box never got a reply after several attempts looked on their website they have no stock at all.stay away from them.

I have a problem with my R99 box, i have emailed entertainment box 3 times over the last 3 weeks and they have not bothered to reply. After sales service is a joke, do not buy from them.

Brought the r99v2 box quality bit of kit shame about customer service i had to send the first one back due to faulty ethernet port they said they would replace well sent it back and when i got it back same so they obviously sent sent the same one back i do not need an ethernet for it to work but always better to be hard wired hopefully they get it right next time.

Bought the service where they register my apple TV on their developer ID but Kodi keeps failing just like it does if it's unregistered. Waste of money and no solution offered after mulitple emails

i bought an item in december and got amazing delivery service very speedy indeed , i did this against advice from others who had bad expierience . the box i bought cost £65 and did not work from the onset , i called and was told to send it back to them to check it . i didnt need it checked i needed it replaced .but due to the nasty tone i then asked for refund which seemed to be easier than replacement ...in any case they do NOT PAY SHIPPING at all ,,,,i had the broken box which was paid for and i paid again to get my initial outlay back ....so long as they have our money things are good ...i have left 3 reviews in my whole life ..im not a complainer . common courtesy costs nothing ... you have been warned .

I bought 4K R99 before this summer from entertainmentbox the device supposed to be top of of the range and powerful device.
From day one I have wifi problem with it.
I used the box upstairs in bedroom and I blame the house walls for receiving poor wifi signal till I decided to try my old device T8-AML-V3 S. same room same spot wifi signal 29-42 MB I tried my girlfriend device H96 Pro Wifi signal 45-60 MB everytime

With 4K R99 WiFi signal 2.38-7 MB if I am lucky
They have changed the device with reconditioned one nothing has changed result with replacement device same too when I Emailed them I got the blame that problem is on my end because they have tested the device.
They do not refund money at all. I even ask them to replace with cheaper version of android device still No resulation. They have washed their hand by blaming me.

This is the second time I've purchased goods from Entertainment Box, good products at a reasonable price. However, this time I paid £8.00 for what was stated next working day delivery, the goods turned up four days later, so I asked for a refund. I was advised I'd been informed by email that there would be a delay, I wasn't. So again I asked for the refund and was told they couldn't.
Change the website and the invoice to delivery only and everything would be good but false advertising will only upset people.

Fantastic service selling some excellent products..

Was an initial slight hiccup with delivery but this was quickly rectified and the team there, especially Vikram, have been brilliant in assisting me set up the box and packages as I am (was) a complete novice!

A 5 star recommendation from me and you can't go far wrong with entertainmentbox.

Great box, EBOX T8V, worked right out of the box.

Wee issue trying to get VPN but guys at EntertainmentBox got it all sorted!

I have buy four of the t8v receivers and also have two of my friends buy as well when I have a problem with one of the box nick help me true it all even with the warranty finish he still send me an replacement that is 5 stars service for me these guys and the service they give is great would recommend to anyone great product and great service.

So far so good using Entertainment Box the product is good. The T8V is a great streaming device and Vikram and the other customer representatives have given me excellent service. It can only get better.

I have used Ebox for sometime now and they are excellent, there customer support is outstanding and no problem is too much. I will definitely recommend and use again myself in the future. Keep up the good work, Thankyou.

Superb staff I had an accident with my remote control and they offered to send me a new one so great customer services .

Value for money, excellent customer support and all the tech you will ever need all in one place. Highly recommend .

I spoke with Nick this morning in Barbados time. I asked him to help me resolve a problerm with my TV8 box. He was able to solve my problem in a matter of a few minutes. I am now up and running again. Many thanks again
