Avoid like the plague
First of all my name and the second part of my address was excluded from the package on the order they sent me, only for my name was on the contact part of the parcel I would never have been found!!! Ridiculous! Led to my parcel being delayed for two weeks.
The box I ordered didn't even work, screen went pink and wouldn't respond to the remote, multiple errors, trying to initiate a return was a pain, sent numerous emails with no response. I was expecting a good box but it looked quite cheap even though it cost me €130.
Email response is non-existent, they reply when it suits them, and when they do it's in a very lackluster unprofessional manner. I had to communicate via messenger on facebook, they said my emails were going to spam, but whenever I first messaged asking a simple question about a potential purchase I got a quick email response, its when I had problems with my order that I had no response, hmm very convenient...
They didn't want to pay me postage costs for the original postage nor the return postage, which is required by EU law if they return is faulty. I argued with them about this and they eventually gave in and said they would pay for over £3 for return postage.
Their website at the time of purchase said that for returns 'you must have a RMA number' however, support said to me that I didn't need an RMA number. Also my package had a return address stamped on it, this address was also on their website I asked them on messenger was this the correct address, they said no it wasn't and they told me to use a different return address. Laughable!
Finally, I sent my return but after sending it I immediately regretted not paying the extra €10 to register it for a signature delivery. I just knew I would never hear about the box again, and low and behold one month later Entertainment box said they never received my box back. I spent €140 with them and had the worst customer experience I ever had.
Never again, stay clear.
Update 22 Sept
My parcel came back return to sender, Entertainment Box never bothered to pick it up at the returns PO Box, so I emailed them asking about why it wasn't picked up, which they just replied ‘Thank you for your response, Please send it to the same address’. Without explaining why they didn't bother collecting it. When I asked again the next reply I got was a sarcastic ‘Thank you for your response’
I opened a case with Paypal and I finally got my money back thanks to them deciding in my favor, not before E Box tried to play one last trick by sending a private email to me.

I dont know who or what a Nick is? But that goes to show you what sort of crowd you are dealing with and the disposition they possess. Avoid.

no good for firmware
The site comes up in google search when you look for firmware for android boxes everytime but when you click on links it takes you from one page to another without giving you the download. I don't want to buy a box I have searched for a fix for the box I've got.This is as much googles fault as entertainment box as they are getting ad money from them and just put them at the top of the search engine regardless of revelance or usefulness of site

The experience was painless and support was even better. The lads over at Entertainmentbox answered my questions in a very speedy and efficient manner and the device arrived in good time. It would have been quicker if DHL hadn't messed up at their end.
