Purchased a brand new Phone Samsung S20+ in June 2021 from this FULLY IRISH company - who unlike others with an ie email address that actually are operating from abroad and all the issues that involves.
Phone received within 2 days and delighted with it.

I was looking for a note 20 ultra and didn't want to pay for a two year contract with a phone company and eventually paying well over the odds for the phone. I was about to cave in when I came across this site. I've now saved a bundle so I'm delighted. Got the phone two days after ordering! I will be using this site again.

At first I ordered Samsung A20 but after my boss offered to get me iPhone12 I have contacted Karl and ask him to cancel my first order and refund me. Karl arranged it immediately. I have ordered iPhone on Friday afternoon and the parcel was delivered on Monday. Great service. Quick shipment.

I wanna say big Thank you to this company! I was lied from another company - Mr Iphone Dublin just few days before Christmas after I waited more than a month for a specific phone but this company Phonesonline helped me to save our Christmas. They found the phone I wanted although it was out of stock and sent it to me just for 2 days and even they paid the delivery. The man from the customer service was really kind and promised me to take care for my order personally and he did it. Highly recommend them! Thank you for saving my family's Christmas :)

Fast delivery and great price my case arrived in two days

Phones online are absolutely brilliant. I ordered my Samsung s10e in January to be delivered by dpd. But dpd didn't deliver, they sent the package to Galway when I live in Dublin. After phone call to dpd, they advised the package is lost and I have to contact phones online. I was very unhappy with dpd because I didn't know how I can prove to phones online that dpd lost it. I still gave them a ring, explaining the situation and the guy I spoke to agreed to send me a new one, I told him to please use DHL or ups as I don't trust dpd, he listened and sent via DHL, even included an extra fast charging block for my troubles. I will definitely recommend them for their empathy and great customer service.

I live on an island off the west coast so visiting a phone shop for replacement phone batteries, headphones etc is not possible ( especially at these times) I have found the web sight easy to navigate & the order has arrived promptly & I am glad to be supporting an Irish company.

Ordered an IPhone 7 refurbished and was contacted to say they weren’t happy with the one I ordered and were waiting on another! Very honest and much appreciated. The other came about a week ago and I’m very happy with it! When Apple stop updating the 7, I’ll know where to go 🙏
