I spoke to Karl on the phone, and followed up with a few email questions, which were answered promptly. I ordered the phone on Thursday morning, and true to his word, Karl sent it by Express Post with An Post, and it arrived the next morning.
It's a so much better, and confident service, dealing with Karl's established company, than with 'pop-up' phone shops, who may be long gone, when/if you need them later for after sales service.

Phoned to check if a new Samsung Galaxy Xcover4s phone (an old model difficult to get genuine new replacement) was in stock at 11.30am. Call was answered in person immediately.After confirmation of availibility was directed to online ordering site and assured next day delivary if purchased prior to 12 midday.
Order Arrived 8.45 am following morning via DPD perfect condition.
Straightforward and honest to deal with. Prompt Delivary. Great variety of stock in Store.

Ordered a Samsung Galaxy 46mm smartwatch priced at 245 euro inc delivery. Very happy with my purchase, 80 euro cheaper than the major retailers. I did have a small issue that was very quickly resolved with customer service.

Excellent Service from this site. Twice recently I have purchased phone covers and protection glass from here and I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of service. All items were in perfect condition and of high quality. Everything was really well packaged and it was most noticeable that all items are clean and new.
I will definitely make this my first stop for any phones or accessories in future.

Naturally there was a slight delay in receiving the phone as it was ordered at the height of the lockdown, so that's totally forgivable besides it was probably due to logistics beyond their control. The customer service was good, not some automated please click a number bot but an actual person.
Needless to say the phone arrived 4 weeks ago and its been performing like a champ, no flaws and arrived in mint condition. Good job.
