COMUNICATO URGENTE La Societa' Strikeshop srls constatata la diffusione sui maggiori siti web (Facebook,Trustpilot, ETC.) di commenti e giudizi sul proprio operato concernenti presunte pratiche commerciali scorrette, se non proprio truffaldine, tiene a precisare che quanto affermato non corrisponde a verita' e le stesse dichiarazioni sono da intendersi pregiudizievoli della propria reputazione, nonche' gravemente lesive della propria immagine e della propria attivita'. Pertanto, per tutelare i propri interessi e' stato conferito ai propri legali il mandato per predisporre le opportune iniziative da intraprendere innanzi alle competenti autorita' giudiziarie. Al contempo, la Societa' Strikeshop srls comunica che gli inconvenienti lamentati sono da ricondurre a problemi tecnico-informatici, che hanno comportato gravissimi danni alla gestione del normale svolgimento delle attivita' aziendali e che attualmente si trova nell'impossibilita' di evadere gli ordini dei clienti. Nel formulare le piu' sentite scuse per i disagi procurati, la Societa' Strikeshop srls si impegna a ripristinare al piu' presto le normali attivita'. L'azienda e' comunque a disposizione per rispondere alle domande dei clienti che saranno inviate tramite apertura di un Ticket. Ogni altra forma di comunicazione non verra' presa in considerazione.

I made the order on the 21sr December…

I made the order on the 21sr December and I was aware the product won’t arrive before the 3rd January. On the 5th January I called them for the all day in order to get in touch with them and they said I should be despached on the 8th due to weather conditions. It ended up to receive the product on the 15th and all days I tried to get in touch with them nobody answered. Bad experience. The product is ok as I expected.

Really bad service

I ordered a phone on 10th december. It arrived on 22th but it is broken and unusable. I try to contact PhoneStrike to many time but they don't give me any feedback to return the phone .

Great phone at great price

I bought an iPhone 8 and it’s working perfectly. The delivery has been a bit delayed because of the Christmas festivities and I actually received a mail from them telling me when I would receive the package exactly. And it happened as they said. So I am satisfied great phone at great price
