COMUNICATO URGENTE La Societa' Strikeshop srls constatata la diffusione sui maggiori siti web (Facebook,Trustpilot, ETC.) di commenti e giudizi sul proprio operato concernenti presunte pratiche commerciali scorrette, se non proprio truffaldine, tiene a precisare che quanto affermato non corrisponde a verita' e le stesse dichiarazioni sono da intendersi pregiudizievoli della propria reputazione, nonche' gravemente lesive della propria immagine e della propria attivita'. Pertanto, per tutelare i propri interessi e' stato conferito ai propri legali il mandato per predisporre le opportune iniziative da intraprendere innanzi alle competenti autorita' giudiziarie. Al contempo, la Societa' Strikeshop srls comunica che gli inconvenienti lamentati sono da ricondurre a problemi tecnico-informatici, che hanno comportato gravissimi danni alla gestione del normale svolgimento delle attivita' aziendali e che attualmente si trova nell'impossibilita' di evadere gli ordini dei clienti. Nel formulare le piu' sentite scuse per i disagi procurati, la Societa' Strikeshop srls si impegna a ripristinare al piu' presto le normali attivita'. The delivery of my article was very slow, ordered Dec 22, received Jan 7. The article, a cell phone, does not work, and I need an invoice from the seller to get assistance from Apple. I requested the invoice on Jan 10, but despite many e-mails, most of them with no pertinent answer or no answer at all, I have not received it yet. I called their assistance today and it took more than half an hour to get through the line. The answer was that they cannot produce an invoice (!!) but they will send a sort of receipt. Tomorrow, however, because the person in charge of receipts was not at work today... I always buy online but this has never happened to me. Never again!

The worst experience
The worst experience with a on line shop! never again! they promised delivery on December 18th with maximum delivery on December 19th. on December 21, they sent an email saying they would not deliver it before Christmas. it was a gift. I try to call the call center but nobody answers! shameful! in January they said they could not sent cause supplier and then cause bad weather. finally the phone arrived on January 14th. delivery times not respected. to avoid.
