Selection was very easy, price was fair, all the process went smooth and according to promise. Actually delivery was faster than expected

After over one month and past the delivery window I wrote to complain and asked for the shipment of my phone or the return of my money their response was immediate stating that the money would be returned ad underwritten in the purchase conditions within 14 days (that was on the 9th of May). Today, 25th of May still no sign of my money. Taking money for over two and a half months against no service for me is to be considered a fraud and I would stay well away from this so called on line store

Great price but some problems with the shipping

Delivery time is not 2 weeks, but one month after the payment. Moreover I ordered 3 items, but received only two. Sent them a reminder about missing item, but for two weeks there is no reaction... I understand, that in order to keep the prices low they need to optimize some processes. But in such case the shop must inform from the very beginning that the delivery takes at least one month and some items, even if duly paid, will not be delivered at all.

Per il compleanno di mio marito (1. maggio) ho acquistato un cellulare il 4 aprile che doveva essere consegnato entro il 23 aprile. Oggi è il 18 maggio e non sanno neppure quando consegneranno. Inoltre loro non hanno mai mandato avviso del ritardo e devo continuamente telefonare io per avere notizie. È una vergogna. Non acquisterò mai più con loro! Totalmente inaffidabili.
For my husband's birthday (May 1st) I bought a cell phone on April 4th which was due to be delivered by April 23rd. Today is May 18th and they don't even know when they will deliver. Moreover they never sent notice of the delay and I have to continually call to get news. It's a shame. I will never buy with them again! Totally unreliable.

Everything was perfect, very convenient prices, excellent customer service, only pity the timing for shipping, that took more than one week, but it was clearly stated in the website so absolutely nothing to complain about.

I received the phone before the fixed time and I have had the possibility to track the delivery step by step! The phone I bought corresponds to what I required. I reccomend this company and if I needed to buy another smartphone in the future, I would surely take this company into account as my first choice!

With Phonestrikeshop I made a very good experience. The only point to stress is the delay ... but you know in advance from the other reviews.

If you are used to recieving your order in such a short time than this is not the site for you even though their products are genuine...its a frustrating wait...

It took about a month to get my new Iphone.
Other services are OK but its too much.
Other issue meet was with the call center . Almost impossible to get in touch with the information desk.
Prices are very good though.

Excessive delay in shipping more than 20 days after the last date indicated and no communication from the company that has answered just by email only after my reminder.

They are a Step away to be scammers but for sure they are liars telling customers false expeditions dates and so on
