COMUNICATO URGENTE La Societa' Strikeshop srls constatata la diffusione sui maggiori siti web (Facebook,Trustpilot, ETC.) di commenti e giudizi sul proprio operato concernenti presunte pratiche commerciali scorrette, se non proprio truffaldine, tiene a precisare che quanto affermato non corrisponde a verita' e le stesse dichiarazioni sono da intendersi pregiudizievoli della propria reputazione, nonche' gravemente lesive della propria immagine e della propria attivita'. Pertanto, per tutelare i propri interessi e' stato conferito ai propri legali il mandato per predisporre le opportune iniziative da intraprendere innanzi alle competenti autorita' giudiziarie. Al contempo, la Societa' Strikeshop srls comunica che gli inconvenienti lamentati sono da ricondurre a problemi tecnico-informatici, che hanno comportato gravissimi danni alla gestione del normale svolgimento delle attivita' aziendali e che attualmente si trova nell'impossibilita' di evadere gli ordini dei clienti. Absolutely inattendible/ ASSOLUTAMENTE INAFFIDABILI
I ordered a phone on 4th march, the phone was declared available on site with 199 item, the delivery was programmed fro 8 march to 18 march, the 28 march no one on call center was able to tell me a date of delivery so i decided to ask a refound , i had my money at 17 april. DO NOT ORDER NOTHING FROM THIS SHOP THEY ARE INATTENDIBLE.
Ho ordinato un telefono il 4 marzo, il telefono è stato dichiarato disponibile sul sito con 199 articoli, la consegna è stata programmata dall'8 marzo al 18 marzo, il 28 marzo nessuno sul call center è stato in grado di dirmi una data di consegna quindi ho deciso per chiedere una rifondazione, ho avuto i miei soldi il 17 aprile. NON ORDINARE NULLA DA QUESTO NEGOZIO SONO INATTENDIBILI.

I had a samsung s9 plus cover. Unfortunately it took a while before receiving the products (considering the products lower prices, it has not been a problem for me) but the customer care service has been super efficient. The products were in perfect condition!

Giuseppe, i tempi di spedizione sono un po più lunghi per proporre prezzi vantaggiosi..... la phonestrikeshop acquista in grandi stock e movimentiamo grosse partite di prodotti dai nostri magazzini esterni o magazzini di nostri fornitori con merce già pre-ordinata. Per questo motivo le tempistiche di consegna sono un pò più lunghe ma, diversamente, i prodotti avrebbero costi differenti e con noi c'è sempre la sicurezza di spedizione sicura. Comunque grazie dell'acquisto e prodotto consegnato il 11/04/2019
